  • The Shadow Dance: Understanding Eclipses and a Tale of Two States

    The Mystical Phenomenon of Eclipses

Before we journey into the heart of yesterday’s celestial spectacle, let’s unfold the mystery of what an eclipse truly is. In its simplest definition, an eclipse occurs when one celestial body moves into the shadow of another. The dance between the Sun, Earth, and Moon brings us the two types we’re most familiar with: solar and lunar eclipses. A solar eclipse happens when the Moon casts a shadow on the Earth, darkening the sunlit sky temporarily, while a lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth casts its shadow on the Moon, dimming its bright glow.

Yesterday’s Celestial Ballet: Eclipse Across the States

On a day marked in every stargazer’s calendar, the Earth, Moon, and Sun aligned in a rare display of cosmic synchrony, treating millions to an awe-inspiring eclipse. From the wide-open skies of Texas to the rugged coasts of Maine, Americans looked up to witness the marvel, each location offering a unique perspective on this celestial event.

In the Heart of Texas: A View from the Lone Star State

In Texas, spectators gathered in fields and on rooftops under the vast, expansive sky, anticipating the eclipse’s beginning. As the moon began its slow march across the sun, a hush fell over the crowd. The temperature dropped slightly, a welcome respite from the usual Texan heat, marking the peak of the eclipse. Though only a partial eclipse could be seen from Texas, the sun transformed into a brilliant crescent, a sight that left viewers in awe. The usual bright day dimmed into an eerie twilight, highlighting the surreal beauty of an eclipse observed from the wide, open spaces of the Lone Star State.

From the Pine Tree State: Maine’s Coastal Eclipse

Far to the northeast, Maine’s rugged coastline offered a different but equally breathtaking vantage point. Here, the eclipse was closer to totality, with the moon covering more of the sun’s disc. The chill in the air was more pronounced, wrapping spectators in a blanket of anticipation. As the eclipse reached its peak, the dimmed light cast the Atlantic Ocean into a palette of deep, mysterious blues and silvers, reflecting the sun’s fragmented silhouette on the water’s surface. For a moment, day turned into night, and the visible stars added to the ethereal quality of the Maine eclipse experience.

Differences in the Dance: Texas vs. Maine

While both states’ residents witnessed the same celestial event, their experiences were painted with different brushes. In Texas, the partial eclipse offered a unique perspective on how even a sliver of the sun can illuminate the vast landscape. The subtle temperature drop and the surreal, otherworldly lighting created an atmosphere of wonder.

    As seen in Maine

Maine, closer to the path of totality, experienced a more dramatic change. The darker skies, the more noticeable drop in temperature, and the brief appearance of stars offered a more intense experience, emphasizing the eclipse’s transformative power.

    As seen in Maine

    Reflecting on the Shadow Dance

Yesterday’s eclipse was a reminder of the universe’s vastness and the beauty of its celestial mechanics. Regardless of where one stood — be it in the sunny plains of Texas or along the serene coasts of Maine — the event united millions in a moment of shared awe and wonder.

As we reflect on the memories of yesterday’s shadow dance, we are reminded of the importance of these celestial moments. They urge us to look up, to marvel at the skies, and to remember the wonder that comes with our place in the cosmos. Whether you experienced the eclipse from Texas, Maine, or anywhere else in its path, it was a moment of connection, not just with those around us, but with the universe itself.

Our Magical Horses in the midst of the eclipse

During an eclipse, the unique celestial event affects not only human observers but horses as well, reflecting their heightened sensitivity to environmental changes. As the daylight dims unnaturally during a solar eclipse, our horses may exhibit signs of confusion or restlessness, responding to the abrupt shift in light and temperature that contradicts the natural rhythm of their day. We observed that they gather closely together, seeking comfort in their herd as they would in response to other unexpected changes in their environment. Yet, with the guidance and reassurance of familiar, caring humans being us , these majestic animals remained calm and secure. We observed that, much like during the twilight hours, horses may transition to a more subdued state, grazing or looking around pensively, as if attuned to the unusual peace that accompanies the temporary shadow over the sun. This intriguing behavior underscores the deep connection horses have with their surroundings, reminding us of the profound and often unspoken bond we share with these graceful creatures.

My beautiful lead unicorn Crystal Blue with my favorite horse handler Danny D! She makes all my unicorns feel calm during environmental changes.

AS News Makers we like to delve into the fascinating nature of eclipses and creatively interprets how such an event might be experienced differently from two distinct vantage points within the United States, blending astronomical facts with vivid storytelling.

Our team got together last night to share different experiences and capture different photos.

Please feel free to share yours!!

  • The story started off when everyone was frozen while the epilogue scene of Meanwhile which was the series finale in 2013 but alternating the future and the important lesson that everyone is back for a revival series 10 years later. Some of the cast as change their tones while sounds. While Resuming where the previous episode left off, the cosmos is eternally frozen. Resetting the cosmos to the instant when time stood still, Professor Farnsworth enters a time warp and presses the time button. The other members of the Planet Express Crew are perplexed, while Fry and Leela are brought back to their younger ages but lose all memory of their wedding.

The Main Plot was that the whole crew went back to Planet Express while Fry was fractal that he’s been in the 31st Century for a long time after he checked the calendar. It has been 23 years and felt like he hasn’t achieved something. Bender laughed at his pain while Fry stand up for something to create a goal and Leela slapped at Bender which he supposed to support for him by not laugh and point but he does it again and slaps Zoidberg by accident. The next scene was when Fry was thinking to create a goal, Bender turned on the TV and Fry thought of an idea by watching every TV show ever. While Bender scrolled the tv remote to pass through the guide, Fry stood up and wanted to watch every show like Fulu which is the parody of Hulu. Then Leela decided to support Fry’s goal which she didn’t believe at first which she asked Fry to go for it. Fry started off with the Scary Mirror, then The Great Neptuian BAM-OFF, and HUMORBOT 5.0 Stand Up Special. Afterwards, came back to the meeting to tell everyone he had finished watch All My Circuits until Bedner told that it got cancelled like 3 or 4 times. He got upset that he would never watch over 13,020 episodes after 10 years. Leela thought it would work but it sounds risky which it was called Bingeing. The Professer warned Fry about the dangers of Bingeing which Fry wanted to take the risk anyway.

Later on Fry, has wore the still suit and add all of the technology to watch All My Circuits. After a month of binging, Fry hasn’t move while The Professor used his sensor assault and it was both TV Signal and Fry’s Brainwaves. It could be possible that Fry has been losing touch with reality. Fry would become a vegetable if he runs out of episodes for the dangers of bingeing. Leela realise it was some way her fault but mostly Fry to full for his dreams after the professor cut her ponytail. Leela thought it would be a great idea to bring back All My Circuits on a streaming site since cable broadcasting won’t bring them back. Leela and Bender went to Fulu Headquarters while she punched a security guard and Bender solutes him. Once they reached to the Fulu Executives Office the 3 TV Excurobots, Bender and Leela asked them to bring back All My Circuits which they give them a pass until a new data correction that one viewer wanted to request to bring back the series. They’re delighted that to bring the green light project to resume the program. While Calculon was stuck in Robot Hell with the Robot Devil, he got a call to get back on set and the Robot Devil finally had enough of his shenanigans and sent him into the resurrection cannon. While everyone is back on the show, Calculon wanted to find his assistant which Bender decided to help him out and served him coffee. The Professor called Leela to let her know that Fry was down to a few more which he won’t survive by lunch if they don’t launch new episodes.

While resuming episodes of All My Circuits, Leela asked the Professor to do as much episodes as possible. Then they have to double speed the line of the episodes. After one scene was cut, Calculon noticed that the writers has stopped writing scripts for the episodes so Bender decided to take over the Writers’ Room. While using the line “Bender is Great” it was on the script of the episode but then the Director of the show got a heart attack so Leela took the executive producer’s job to wrapped up the episode. It didn’t last when the Execubots came in for some constructive criticism. They told them the show is cancelled which both Bender and Leela gasped which the set has been destroyed. Leela got upset because Fry wouldn’t make it alive. Then Leela called The Professor that the show got cancelled so he asked her to bring in the actors to Planet Express. Meanwhile, the cast performed an episode for Fry to recap the series finale. He had to shift his focus from the streaming world back to the real world which it sounds like a dangerous situation but it might slowly gradually shift the focus. Leela wanted Calculon to perform a live performance like the Milwaukee Shakespeare Festival. As the crew performed an act, they gradually began to use the audio from fast to normal phase. After Bender accidentally just the cigar to burn the basket and caused to burn Fry which it made worse when Amy accidentally use Battery Acid while Hermes asked her to stop which he was burned into pieces. Leela wailed that Fry was gone because she encouraged him to use his hopes and dreams which she felt stupid about the decision. Fry eventually came into the room and asked everyone about the commotion. Leela was happy that Fry was alive and he told everyone that he left the suit 2 days ago because he wanted to head back to reading. He told everyone that the show was becoming unwatchable and the writers became downright desperate towards the end. The lesson was to take responsibility of how much time your watching tv which would effect your brain.

The epilogue scene was when Fry went to the White House for the Presidential Summit to educate the lesson on the dangers of streaming television. He also told the viewers to not reboot a show if the quality is not as good. He also stated that viewers must binge responsibly, like smoking, alcohol or bleach which he states that they should watch no more than 10 episodes in a row or at least less than average. Fry wanted to think that the show who cares about the audience must be canceled every few years or if wiling to reboot a show every 5 to 10 years or more which it sounds like the right thing to do. Afterwards, he thanked his viewers and walked off the court room. The lesson is that if you enjoy watching tv, you should watch tv or movie no more than half of the day because it would drain our energy and not realising the loss of touching reality of the real world like going outside or play a sport that you enjoy.

  • Christine and I traveled to Albany with a purpose in mind: to inspire others. We embarked on this journey to explore local points of interest, aiming to educate communities about how they can take day trips and discover little bits of magic along their routes. Our adventures mark the beginning of a travel blogging venture we’re calling Inspiring Journey. Through this blog, we hope to produce engaging content that not only shares our experiences but also highlights our perspective as neurodivergent individuals.

The mental health of our youth is taking a toll in the contemporary world where a growing number are reporting a lack of interest in life’s activities, leading to a numbing feeling of disconnection. This disengagement is spawning an alarming rise in feelings of isolation, depression, and aimlessness among young people. On the other hand, within the autism spectrum, we encounter a rich tapestry of unique interests and passions that sustain mental wellness. Autistic individuals display an inspiring aptitude to engage deeply with their special interests, making them not only happier but also more resilient to feelings of loneliness and despair. They utilize their minds actively, constantly learning and immersing themselves in their interests, which keeps them mentally active and engaged. It’s an approach that could significantly boost the mental health landscape in America. Encouraging all young people to cultivate and nurture special interests, engage in meaningful activities, and to undertake purpose-driven work could cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose that shields against mental health struggles. Harnessing the autistic lens of finding joy and engagement in unique interests could potentially revolutionize how we address youth mental health and engagement

By taking this initiative and we hope to empower everyone nationwide to get out of their own way by taking excursions and finding special interests that they may not know they have.

As we all know, the same it’s about the journey not the destination. We’re here to show you the examples of how the journey can sometimes be good enough without an end goal. Teaching us to enjoy little miracles in everyday lives. Enjoying the details of the journey we’ll teach all of us how to wake and smell the roses enjoying of being in the now. When we started our journey today, Dr. Christine said 79 more miles and I reminded her, let’s enjoy every mile as she laughed and replaced I taught you well and that is why you are my CEO.

One of my interest while driving to Albany is looking up Interesting cars with New York License Plates which I could tell if the letters may be from the Dealer which I’ve seen before on Ling Island for Statewide Sales or certain letters that is only for Upstate. While passed the Catskills Ski Resort line, there some bumper to bumper traffic on the southbound side of the I 87 known as the New York State Thruway. While we passed the sign of Kingston, I’ve seen lots of cars, essential vehicles and travelers from Upstate, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Long Island, Florida, Massachusetts, Quebec and Ontario since it’s February Break and the kids are off from school. I saw intresting license plates like KJE from Bethpage and LDY from Huntington. While we got to Catskills I saw very interesting mountains with rocks along the way. I also saw some interesting view of the hills of Catskills and the mountains by Massachusetts. Once we got close to the Capital, I’ve seen houses and trailer parks and the I 90 from Boston which southbound had some delays from the cars merge from I 90. I’ve seen the sign to Albany Montreal and Buffalo which I would love to go to Buffalo one day to see the Bills in action.

Once we made it to the Capital Region, I saw advertisement of Mister Rodgers, which we went to The Empire Plaza with every building of the Capital like the The Governor Nelson A Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, MVP Arena, we drove through the tunnel, The New York State Police, Office, The Department of Motor Vehicles, The Court Administration, the Swan Street Building, NYS ITS and drove around to get to the park of Rensselaer. Afterwards, we drove around to every government offices like the New York Department of Education, the New York State Capital Building and some parts of the one way blocks of Albany reminded us of New York City but less expensive. One of the colonial houses had an England Flag next to the USA Flag which I was happy because the British used take over the colony in the 1700s before the American Revolution. We drove to different parts of Albany like large parks and different of neighborhoods if Albany which I saw some houses that was gentrification. Afterwards, we went on the I 87 to Blue Compass RV Sales. I like that one exit when we got off which we got on the hill of the intersection with all of the cars going straight and the rest turned left when the light was green.

When we got to the RV Dealership, we first walked around the parking lot and saw an RV Trailer and took a tour of it which it was really unique with the interior and the kitchen with a social booth to hang out. Then I saw a red chevy pickup truck with New York License Plate with LEE which I call it Leeds for Leeds United. Afterwards, introduce the salesman the talk about planing on getting a Mercedes Sprinter that could carry 8 passengers with seatbelts. While Christine took care of business I got distracted and saw the showcase room which I always think its a playground of getting on every vehicle to imagine or pretend to go on an adventure. I tried that slide at the playground but it was meant for kids. I laughed when i landed on my back because I knew it didn’t fit me to ride the slide. We stopped by at the coffee station that has a coffee maker which I would love to go there to start my morning. While it was done, we walked around the parking lot and tryout every RV Van and trailer, the first row was most Mercedes Sprinter RVs and I found the exact one that we wanted. I also took a tour to imagine if we take the offer. Meanwhile, we took our separate view of different RVs and Buses and some of them had licesence plates which most of them were reissued K Plates for Excelsior Plates. It was originally supposed to be release in 2020 but it was too reflective which it was moved to 2022 while Upstate took most of the reissued plates while out of state sales took it for Southern New York Residents. Christine and I catch up on some of the RVs but I wanted go for one more loop around but we did to leave because we would have to get back down by sundown.

After a long afternoon going to Albany, we drove back south and stopped by at some small towns and farm stores. We saw a very interesting sunset and talked about every moment on the ride from point A to pint B. Our dream is that one day the News Team will have the opportunity to explore the State and eventually across the nation. It’s only the beginning of our new chapter in this existence. Working as a team is more effective than working alone. We are stronger as a team, and we can demonstrate that Neurodivergents can do anything they want as long as they have the will to explore the world.

  • We had a great day with our beautiful unicorns that we are training for Project Younicorn.

We decided to go to our favorite Millbrook Diner to get something to eat after a long day. As we were looking up we saw about 50 black crows all sitting upon the roof of the funeral parlor.

We investigated a bit why they were all gathered there. It was fun to imagine and create all soughts of scenarios.

Imagination and creating for story telling is good for our brains this is why.

Utilizing imagination in creating stories provides numerous benefits for a healthy brain. First, it sparks creativity and encourages divergent thinking, which is the ability to generate diverse and innovative ideas. This process enhances cognitive flexibility, enabling the brain to shift effortlessly between different thoughts and actions. Moreover, creating stories requires the retrieval of memories and information, thereby improving recall and memory functions. It also develops empathy as one mentally steps into the shoes of different characters, understanding their perspectives and emotions. Additionally, the formulation of narratives helps in problem-solving and critical thinking one devises plots and resolves character conflicts. All these aspects stimulate neural pathways, keep the mind active, and contribute to cognitive resilience, thereby promoting overall brain health.

So we collectively wrote our group story and here it is :

Once upon a time, in the charming town of Millbrook, New York, atop the stately Sullivan’s funeral parlor, perched fifty black crows. As night would descend, their dark silhouettes added an air of mystery to the place, their cawing eerie yet comforting to the locals. The tale of their presence was as intriguing as the crows were themselves.

Many years ago, the funeral parlor had been a lively inn, the beating heart of Millbrook, where townsfolk and guests would gather to celebrate joyous occasions. However, one cold winter night, a great fire engulfed the premises, resulting in the tragic loss of a large gathering of locals. To console the sorrow-stricken community, the town decided to build a funeral parlor in the inn’s remains, a peaceful place for last goodbyes.

The day the parlor was completed; an ebony crow descended from the dense forest and perched on its peak. Every day thereafter, another crow would join, until their number reached fifty. Some considered it ominous, others believed it was a sign of auspice, and others still saw in it just a fascinating eccentricity of their town.

Yet the wise old sage, Elias, understood the true spiritual significance. Elias was a man of few words, spending most of his time in solemn meditation and studying the mysteries of nature. He’d eventually concluded that the crows were the embodiment of the souls lost in the tragic fire, appointed as custodians of the funeral parlor. Their mission? To offer guidance and solace to the souls making their journey afterlife.

The fifty black crows were grave yet kind, their piercing eyes seemingly privy to the secrets of life and death. They cawed during every funeral procession, their hymn serving as a reassurance to the living, a gentle whisper that death was not an end but a transition, a moving on to a different existence.

The townsfolk came to understand this spiritual lesson. The presence of the crows, once assumed as a mark of austerity, became a symbol of hope. They were the silent counselors that reminded everyone of the cycle of life and death, the eternal dance of creation and destruction, sadness, and joy.

The fifty black crows of Millbrook became an essential part of life there. People respected them, safeguarded their existence. In return, the crows continued their vigil, their cawing a constant reminder of the delicate balance between life and death and the perpetuity of the soul.

These crows stood as guides, reassuring the town that while physical bodies may rest, spirits continue their journey, teaching Millbrook an invaluable lesson about accepting mortality as a part of life itself. The beauty of Millbrook continued to unfold, in the form of simple rustic charm and the wisdom of fifty black crows.

  • The town of Brookhaven is one of the largest areas of Central Suffolk County. While the town of Port Jefferson and the north shore towns west of the William Floyd Parkway would go to their dmv because it was closer than Medford and Riverhead. The place was opened for around 3 decades which it used to be a big success in the early 2000s when housing development was in the area.

It was selfish that Government Hochul decided to close down one of the most popular areas that also has lot of people in neighbouring towns that can’t drive over 20 minutes to the nearest DMV’s on Long Island. Hopefully Suffolk County Executive Ed Romaine steps up and find a way to bring back the DMV. The New York Department of Motor Vehicles decided to take down the Port Jeff DMV was because of struggles of local residents stopping by to their place. Outsiders would also go to the Port Jeff DMV because some could take the port Jeff train and take the bus on Route 112.

They claim that the closure will have a detrimental effect on locals, particularly senior citizens. According to Romaine, Suffolk is the state’s fourth-largest county. “In terms of licensed drivers and registered vehicles, it’s number one in the state.” By the end of the week, the location is scheduled to close, leaving just four other offices to serve Suffolk County’s population of over 1.5 million. Ed Romaine quoted that “Governor Hochul’s decision to eliminate the Port Jefferson DMV is ill-conceived,” Supervisor Romaine stated. Tens of thousands of people who live in Brookhaven Town will now have to travel to Huppague, Riverhead, or Medford, which will be a huge inconvenience. Which was back in August at the Port Jeff DMV. He has expressed his gratitude to Senator Palumbo and Assemblyman Flood for their advocacy on behalf of the Town of Brookhaven residents, and has kindly request that the Governor reevaluate this decision and maintain the Port Jefferson Station DMV operational.

On my point of view, I noticed that more people are buying plates from the dmv which it was ridiculous to be closed for those in the area and by Stony Brook University. I’ve seen residents buy license plates a growing success during the Pandemic but not every month they were the dominant of Central Suffolk County. Medford usually has more plates then Terryville because it has a more populated area than the North Shore of Central Suffolk specifically the town of Brookhaven. If the place opens to the local again, either they can use the plaza or get relocated to a shopping plaza by the Port Jeff Bowling Alley or something that’s big enough like the size of CVS or Rite Aid.

The Former Rite Aid could be the new location of the Port Jefferson DMV if possible

The Port Jefferson DMV is good for the community like Stony Brook University, the North Shore Towns and the senior citizens community that lives in the town of Brookhaven in the northern half. It would be nice if someone would be willing to bring back the dmv in their north shore community at the vacant building in the shopping plaza of town.

  • The Miami Dolphins has been amazing throughout the 2023 Season and the best team in the AFC East and the American League Division which they could be top seed in the AFC Division. The Dolphins had Mike McDaniel as head coach since 2022 and it wasn’t a great start for his debut season but however the team has been outstanding this season. Also their star player Tyreek Hill who is the Wide Receiver for the Dolphins which he has the most Running yards which he could possibly break the record of all time in Dolphins History. He is not afraid to pass through the defense and knows to break the game wide open. The team has the best offense in the league while Tua Tagovailoa who is the best Quarterback in the Dolphins and made terrific plays throughout the season which plays MVP Mode. The Dolphins attempt to improve upon their 9–8 record from the previous two seasons, make the playoffs for the second consecutive season, and end their 14-year AFC East title drought. The Dolphins In their Week 3 70–20 victory over the Denver Broncos, the Dolphins became the first NFL team to score 70 points in a game since 1966. The fans have waited for the moment for the Dolphins to get all of the excitement and energy in the stadium.

On the other side of the story, The Buffalo Bills had decent start on the first half of the season, which they had some hiccups parts of the season, but finally managed to give them a playoff spot before the end of the 2023 season. It would a big surprise if the Buffalo Bills would win another division title repeat since 2020 if they beat the Dolphins. Coach Sean McDermott has been the coach of the Bills since 2017. The Buffalo Bills has approved their performance the last recent matches but did managed to get themselves in the playoffs. Josh Allen the Quarterback of the Bills has shown some moments with the ball but had some issues with being intercepted or sacked by the defense parts of the season. He thought he was going to be out for Neck injury but luckily it wasn’t too serious. He was able to play for Week 18. The Bills were unable to match their 13-3 record from the previous season, which was a franchise best. Following a setback against the Denver Broncos in the following week, offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey was let go. The Bills had a 6–6 start before going on a late-season tear and winning all of their remaining games. In addition to a victory over the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 16, they secured their fifth straight winning season. They also secured their fifth straight postseason journey. The Bills have never give up on their hopes to the playoffs and kept their head up high to resume positivity.

The issue is that the Bills and Dolphins did had some injury problems in the current lineup. However, If the Buffalo Bills beat the Dolphins, they could play against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Highmark Stadium for a home match in the wildcard round. If the Miami Dolphins win against the Bills, they will do a rematch at Hard Rock Stadium in the Wildcard.

It was beautiful 60 degrees weather in Miami, Florida at the Hard Rock Stadium, the match started off with the Dolphins starting 1st Quarter of the match. The Dolphins started off with 1 threw the ball incomplete but the flag was ruled ineligible man downfield by the Dolphins by R Hunt. They tried again and Tagoglia give it to Achane and ran to the Miami 41 yard line. The Bills on the other hand did a good on the defense to avoid the extra yards. With the 3rd and 1 yard, Allen passed it to Fournette and ran as many yards to get the 1st down. Then Allen passed it to Diggs with 6 yards. He eventually did a wide pass to Kincaio to the Miami 41 yard line. Then Allen passed the ball to James Cook for the 13 yard scrimmage. While the Bills slowly ran 2 downs with the Buffalo Bobsled push to get 1st and Goal. After 3rd and Goal Josh Allen wanted to pass it to Gabe Davis but it was intercepted by Eli Apple from the Dolphins Defense line. Apple was lucky that he caught the ball before it landed in the ground. The Dolphins got revenge on the Bills, Lawson of Buffalo was caught offside to start the next round which 1st and 5. It didn’t last when Terron Armstead of Miami was caught for holding and still replay the 1st down. When Tagovailoa passed the ball to 23 yard line. When Tagovailoa passed it to wide receiver Tyreek Hill at the Miami 41 yard line. Tagovailoa did a scrimmage pass to Achane and give Miami 12 yards. It didn’t last with the Dolphins while trying to catch the ball before it went out of bounds which it was at 4th and 8. The Bills took control of the ball and Josh Allen did a wide pass to Diggs but Jalen Ramsey did great defense. Then he pass it to Shakir and did a 50 yard run. While didn’t get all the play into the 4th down, the Bills refused to get the field goal so they took revenge. While Josh Allen struggled to find his mark, he did a wide pass to the end zone which caused another interception which this time it was DeShon Elliott of the Dolphins and celebrated with his fans for a great catch. With 10 seconds left in the 1st Quarter, the Dolphins started off with the 20 yard line but didn’t plan too well on offense.

The Dolphins started off 2nd and 16 in the Second Quarter, and caught a catch Berrios to get 1st down. When the Dolphins were 3rd and 14, Tagovailoa had a great pass to Tyreek Hill at the Buffalo 49 yard line. While Tagovailoa passed the ball for a 12 yards scrimmage by Jeff Wilson Jr. When Tua Tagovailoa had the ball he struggled to pass so he did a bootleg run into the yellow line to get another 1st and 10 at the Buffalo 26 yard line. While Tagovailoa did a pass to De’Von Achane, he ran to give the Dolphins their touchdown and the fans were hyped up to put themselves on the scoreboard and took the lead 7-0. The Bills tried to redeem themselves by running more yards and Josh Allen took the run on his own to get it the Miami 46 yard line. He then threw a wide pass to Stefon Diggs with a massive catch at the Miami 7 yard line. With 2nd and Goal, Allen made a pass but the ball when up in the air from a Miami defender but it landed to which dragged Trent Sherfield’s feet and give the Buffalo Bills a touchdown. The Dolphins were shocked that it counted for a touchdown which it was supposed to be incomplete. The Bills tied the Dolphins 7-7 which the game has go on for the thrill of football. When the Dolphins got the ball, Tagovailoa handed to Achane and ran 12 yards to the Miami 40 yard line. While with 2nd and 7, Tagovailoa give a 20 yards pass to 81 at the Buffalo 43 yard line. At the 2 minute warning, the Dolphins had 3rd and 3 at the Buffalo 36 yard line. Tagovailoa did a nice running pass to Wilson Jr into the 11 yard line. The Dolphins edged themselves to get close to the end zone by 3rd and 1, Tagovailoa passed it to Tyreek Hill and got the end zone for a touchdown. The fans were amped up while Tyreek Hill did the backflip to do the Olympics style like Simone Biles the gymnastic star. He was the chetah of the Dolphins and made the play so easy. The Dolphins had been incredible in most of their scrimmage in their moment. Josh Allen had an incredible experience with the Dolphins and had 10-2 included the playoffs. The Bills had confidence to keep running the ball before halftime. While Josh Allen took the scrimmage and slide to the Miami 40 yard line. Then Allen pass it to Diggs into the 23 yard line. With 21 seconds left, Allen had a wide shot to James Cook but failed to hold on the ball for the touchdown. The Bills got tougher with their play. With the final play with 11 seconds left, Allen passed it to Johnson which he was gonna run for the touchdown but short at the 1 yard line with a great Miami defense by Eli Apple and
Jerome Baker. The whole crowd was electrified and it was wild in the Miami atmosphere. The Dolphins has lead the Bills 14-7 into halftime which the Miami Dolphins could possibly win the Division Title for the first time since 2008.

When the 3rd Quarter started, the Buffalo Bills had took the ball and ran has match scrimmage to keep the ball running. The Bills had control but Josh Allen was sacked by the Dolphins defense which put the Bills 4th and 13 at the Buffalo 44 yard line. Josh Allen was not too happy about the performance and haven’t been working for his way to get the Bills in front. The Dolphins didn’t had too scrimmage in this round but Berrios almost got the 1st down marker but just short with 4th down and inches at the Miami 25 yard line. The Bills was able to get another chance to make up the loss from their last play. Allen was able to pass the ball to Sherfield Sr the former Dolphins player which give Buffalo 1st down at the 37 yard line. It didn’t last after the next play which Dawson Knox of the Bills was caught for holding which had to go for 1st and 20. Allen had decided to get more yards in the next 2 runs. He also pass it to
Dalton Kincaid and gained more yards which the Bills had more run to move the caboose train. Allen then pass a long stretch to Khalil Shakir with a nice catch at the Miami 19 yard line. Great safety spot by Brandon Jones with his defensive play to avoid Buffalo the extra yards. Only 17 seconds left and the Bills had 3rd and 13 at the 21 yard line by the end zone. Christian Wilkins took charge and let Allen dropped the ball for a Dolphins fumbled. The Dolphins defense team did the celebration for the sack of Josh Allen before the fumble. It was the 3rd time that Josh Allen had intercepted the ball which it was not going to well with his teammates. The Dolphins wrapped up the 3rd Quarter with Tua Tagovailoa with a incredible pass to Hill at the Miami 40 yard line. The results remained the same of Dolphins 14-7 lead.

As the 4th Quarter progressed, the Dolphins had hope to get a Division Title but needed a victory to prove themselves as they work together to do great with the ball. Tua Tagovailoa started off with a wild slide catch from Tyreek Hill shy away from 1st down. The Bills challenged the catch was incomplete and it didn’t work well with the Dolphins. They tried again and didn’t catch but it was fowl which Ango was caught personal foul. The Dolphins repeated the 2nd down and 30 yards. Tagovailoa had throw the ball to Durham Smythe but the Flag was down for ineligible man downfield by Jackson. When Buffalo had the ball, Deonte Harty ran the ball for 95 yards touchdown and the Bills has tied the game. The Dolphins didn’t had luck with their offense but give Buffalo another play. Josh Allen took the play wide throw to Kincaid at the Miami 35 yard line. Allen at 2nd and 6 then did a wide pass to Shakir for 28 yards and now the Bills are pumped to get the lead back. With 2nd and Goal, Allen passed it to Dawson Knox which the Buffalo Bills has finally taken control of the ball and got the touchdown. The Bills has now taken the lead 21-14. The Dolphins had struggled to keep their grip but with 7 minutes left, the Dolphins have to find a way to put themselves back in the lead. The Bills had finally put energy on the offense. Buffalo could possibly win 4 straight Division Titles if they beat the Dolphins. The Dolphins had to work harder on defense to avoid Buffalo the victory. Both teams use as much muscle to get the run but Buffalo was just short 4th and 1 at 36 yard line. The want to resume the play. They just managed to resume the play with the tush push. The Bills had their mighty performance when Josh Allen ran a 20 yard run. The Bills took 9 yards but fell short from Shakir which landed at the 2 minute warning.

While Buffalo has led the Touchdown, the Dolphins had to find a way to get one more chance to make Buffalo go the overtime. The Dolphins has used all of their timeouts and Buffalo had one more left. Both teams surfed up and dived for the ball which it never crossed the line. While Tyreek Hill took the 7 yard pass from Tagovailoa, the Dolphins wasted no time to get the victory. Then Tagovailoa did a short pass to D Smythe. While the Dolphins kept charge of the ball, Tua Tagovailoa wanted to pass the ball to Tyreek Hill but Jackson of Buffalo was caught for defensive pass interference which the Dolphins would’ve got the touchdown to tie it up if it was a good pass. The referee ruled 10 yard penalty on Buffalo for the automatic first down. When Tyreek Hill wanted to catch the ball from Tagovailoa, Bills defense Taylor Rapp blocked the ball for incomplete with 1:16 left on the clock. The Dolphins had one more play to get touchdown to send Buffalo to overtime. While it was 2nd and 10, it was unfortunate that Tagovailoa was intercepted by Rapp for Buffalo. The Bills supporters have been amplified with the victory alongside of the Bills Mafia as the spirit was tremendous. The Buffalo Bills has defeated the Miami Dolphins 21-14.

AFC Division Title has been awarded to the Buffalo Bills and have won 4 consecutive Division Titles since 2020. Everyone hugged each other and showed good sportsmanship while played their best. The Bills and Dolphins had each got their moment of victory but Buffalo had use their supercharge as the 2nd half was on their major turnaround. Both Coach Sean McDermott and Coach Mike McDaniel had a great performance on the sideline but only one team could win the Division Title and both did outstanding. While the Bills Mafia Party began, Josh Allen had ran to the Bills Fans to the away end and saluted his fans like it’s the away supporters of the Premier League. The Dolphins were heartbroken that their Division Title had faded away to the very end. The Dolphins however did make it to the playoffs which they’ll have to travel to Kansas City to play against the Chiefs. The Buffalo Bills can now play at Highmark Stadium in Buffalo to be the host team against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Josh Allen also had his interview with a news reporter and talked about the overall season which it had been a roller coaster ride for the Bills.

The life lesson was that It wasn’t the dream to finish the season before the playoffs, but the Miami Dolphins have been incredible throughout the 2023 season additionally have been the best team in the AFC East and the American League Division. Nevertheless, the Dolphins produced some realistic moments that allowed them to secure a postseason berth for a second straight season—their first since 2000–2001. The Dolphins faltered late in the season and lost to the Buffalo Bills in the regular season finale, despite leading the Bills by three games with five games remained. The division title game was an emotional roller coaster for both the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins. Although the Buffalo Bills didn’t play at their best prior to the bye week, they have not given up since. It’s amazing how the Bills had a decent start but developed into the ultimate super team. The Bills and Dolphins would have to play against wildcard teams, but if both teams advance to the Division Round, they might face each other once more.

  • Remember in the 2000’s the blue and White Empire state plates were so Iconic to films, merchandise, and music videos. Also the first time specialty plates were made flat and some were still made embossed besides the passenger plates. The blue and white plates feature the New York City skyline, Niagara Falls and Adirondacks and added a small silhouette of the state map between the letters and numbers.

Originally New York State Commissioner of Motor Vehicle Richard E. Jackson said he wanted to retire making the Liberty plates and be replaced by a new design with different colors and new landmarks featuring Niagara Falls, The Andridacks, & a small New York City Skyline with the Empire State Building in October 2000. It was unfortunate that the state budget was already used for other plans during that time, which that’s the reason the New Plates came out the following year. However the new plates started being manufactured in fall 2000 so this way there will be plenty of plates for everyone when the moment has come. The reason Richard E. Jackson wants New York to upgrade its license plates, which will result in a removal of thousands of Illegal Vehicles on the road like the ones who use out of state plates. It is estimated that there are as many as 700,000 expired or unauthorized license plates on New York roads. That plan did work, unfortunately it didn’t last after 2004.

A Lot of non-passenger plates gain an extra number despite the passenger plates using three letters and four numbers split by a small silhouette of the state, which means Commercial plates for Example 10000-JA and Passenger plates change from ABC-123 to ABC-1234. The A Series started from January 3, 2001 to November 2001. Originally AAA was gonna be first, Unfortunately Commissioner Raymond Martinez decided It’s unsatisfy for public drivers to use it, so he reserved AAA-1000 to ABZ-9999 for transit permit plates so the first general plate is actually ACA-1000.

In March 2001 Every DMV statewide used the new Empire State license plate to replace the Statue of Liberty type in regardless of whether every resident in New York gets replacement plates from January 2001 through March 2003. The A Series B Series, and first half of the C plates were Issued during the time when residents were forced to replace the statue of Liberty plates. Plates were issued in two ways. “over-the-counter” from a DMV or County office or “mail-out” in which registrants received new plates directly by mail. Some people rather keep their old letters while still getting the plates upgraded.

The B series first came out somewhere before Halloween 2001 to September 2002, Although in 2001 The A’ Series was booming and there were still plenty of Statue of Liberty plates when you see people posting their point of view while watching the twin tower attacks on Tuesday September 11, 2001. If people don’t remember correctly when the Empire Blue and White plates exist, It already exists on some videos while people are running from the ashes from the twin towers collapsing. The first New York plates to not be stamped and replaced with Aluminium. The blue and white plates that were introduced on January 3, 2001 feature a printed plate for Custom which is now flat for customers to customize their plates.

The B plates became popular during the Winter Holidays of 2001 and still growing throughout 2002. New York State Commissioner of Motor Vehicle Raymond P Martinez who took over Richard E. Jackson Wants every resident to get new plates because the Statue of Liberty plates are getting old and doesn’t say Empire state on passenger plates. Unlike The Passenger plates they have names on the bottom side of the plates for CDL vehicles like for Example: Apportioned, Bus, Comercial, Official, School, Trailer and other non passenger names. Plates were issued in two ways: “over-the-counter” from a DMV/ County office or “mail-out” in which registrants received new plates directly by mail.

The C Series Came out in September 2002 to the end of summer 2004. When people get replacement plates from mail instead of going to the Dmv, you get a notice from the envelope and say “Here are your new Empire Plates’ ‘! It also says “You will Not be receiving a new registration or sticker with these plates. When you recently renewed your registration, you received your sticker and registration showing both the old and new plate numbers”.

PLEASE CHECK to see that the number on both of your new Empire Plates is the same as the new plate number shown on your registraton. Call 511NY Immediately if the numbers don’t match.  Please put your new Empire Plates on the vehicle as soon as possible. Do Not return your old plates to the DMV: you must dispose of them yourself so they cannot be reused. And If someone else uses your old plates, you could receive traffic and parking tickets written against that plate number. You could be responsible for any tickets and fines.

New York first introduced fee plates in 1991 and the fees got increased in 2003 which was Fifteen dollars before 2010. New York first added the word The Empire State on a license plate since 1951. In 1957, They removed the word The Empire State and remain only said “Empire State”. The slogan of the license plate said Empire State was used until 1963. It was however replace to World’s Fair i 1964, but it never said Empire State until 2001. It has been 45 years the last time the license plate used the slogan “The Empire State”.

After summer 2003 the last bunch of New Yorkers whose registration expired got replacement plates directly by mail. Commissioner Raymond Martinez wants to remove Illegal registration drivers (who had Out of State plates) to make them use the New Embossed NY plates which didn’t last after the Mail Out plates were done. In 2004 the new plates had gotten slow after the massive rush. The C series wasn’t done until September 2004 and that’s when the D Series existed at the same time. If you haven’t noticed, the letters and numbers are slightly smaller in 2005. Results for the Commercial Plates that rushed the amount of Plates during the replacements from 10000-JA to 86392-JS by Spring 2004. DDA-1000 through DLM-9999 was sold to dealers and Dmv centers in 2005. DLN-1000 through DVZ-2000 was sold to dealers and Dmv centers in 2006. DVZ-2001 through DZZ- 9999 was sold to dealers and Dmv centers in 2007.

The E’ Series started around Memorial day weekend of 2007 despite EAA-1000 through EFC-5000 being sold to the Public during that year. When the great Recession happened in March 2008 a lot of people were losing money so that means the plates were slightly slower than the process was made. EFC-5001 through EMZ-9999 was sold to dealers and Dmv centers in 2008. In 2007 More than 1,800,000 Passensenger Plates were sold and In 2008 only more than 1,00,000 passenger plates sold which means 2008 sold less plates than 2007.. ENA-1000 through EWB-6000 was sold to dealers and Dmv centers in 2009. In November of that year  Commissioner David J. Swarts of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles announced that the new “Empire Gold” license plates will be available in Spring 2010. There was a recall on some of the E plates in 2014 due to becoming defective and being peeled because the 3M printing machine became old and labeled it poorly, Same with the F Series when It was replaced to Empire Gold. The year when the Empire Gold was released, the E Series and the (2K) License Plates Itself ground to a halt after EYH-2999.

Too bad Richard Jackson didn’t have the chance to make New Yorkers replace the Liberty plate before his term ended. He was proud that Raymond Martinez took his advice. Twenty years later the old blue and white plates are still on the road with less than 3 million residents still using them.

  • I’ve experience Electronic DJ’s at Summer Jams and Multi Pop Music Concerts but I’ve never experienced an all Electronic Music Concert neither an Alternative Rock Show which i never been to a music festival. I’ve always wanted to see an EDM Artist for a concert.

On the 14th of July 2023, I went to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn New York, to see ILLENIUM which he was on of the my top artists since 2017.

I took the train to see the Concert. When I got to the Barclays Center, The Illenium bird logo reminds me of the Bird from Liverpool FC.

The show started off with Annika Wells and then William Black which I went for a little walk before the big star took the stage so I can save my hyper energy. Ana Welks sing Back to You by Slander and William Black. Run it by Midnight Kids featuring herself, and she wrapped up her show with her other 2 best friends in F*ck Being Sober because the music video is about them living the life of doing whatever they want with their reckless of fun like riding their shopping cart, running to the beach or having drunk stories at the house. After the music video ended, she brought her friends to say cheers for never getting sober and the fans cheered for her support.

Afterwards, William Black took the stage and started off with Pieces featured Dia Frampton and had another song with her and Fairline on Butterflies. He ultimately played is icon songs that I know like Island by Seven Lions with Wooli & Trivecta, Love is Gone by Dylan Matthew and SLANDER, which my favorite part was when he played Clarity by Zeed but used his style of remix which it was out of this world. The song was all the way from 2013 but sparked up the memory when Pop Music brought EDM in the Mainstream Industry. William Blacked wrapped up his own show with Back to U by SLANDER includes himself.

Before the main show started I heard SVDDEN DEATH and then heard the Drum n Bass Show for 15 minutes before ILLENIUM which I heard Sub Focus and Wilkinson for the background music one of Wilkinson songs Frontline was the key song for drum n bass for the background song before the big show started.

Once ILLENIUM took the stage, it was the artist who made the stage more exciting and entertaining. He played many of his greatest songs in a 5 minute remix with Rocktronic, Dubstep and Sadly Melody. It didn’t stop the action with the lights, fire popping out, fireworks and the cool animation clip on the screen and the live action of him playing with colorful lights on the screen. Most of songs I remembered

When his show started, he played Without Me by Halsey while Annika Wells joined the song with Illenium. One of my favorite highlights of the concert was when he played Fall Apart with Jon Bellion the local singer on Long TIsland, which when the main verse came up the confetti blown up and the fans cheered. He played Worst Day of my Life with Max, Shivering, Crawl Outta Love with Annika Wells and extended the original version to add a remix to came the song running with the excitement of hyping the energy. He eventually played Lifetime with jdnx, and used the guitar and use the fire around the stage on each member. He also played some random song for his remix like Anti Hero from Taylor Swift. He also shoutout to his fans that he released the latest song Eyes Wide Shut with Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker. It sounds like a good rock n roll. I decided to sing along after a little selfie break and played Takeaway from The Chainsmokers which there confetti, fireworks and sparks from the stage. He also played metaltronic to make metal into electronic music. He played Insanity with American Teeth which I loved the animation style in the music video which it was really interesting with the storyline and fighting for his moment in a snowstorm.

During the final 15 minutes of the show, he added another song with an animated film for his music video. Illenium also played Luv Me a Little with Nina Nesabitt. It was the best of awesomeness and joy of happiness which I always wanted to go to a Electronic Music Concert. The show wrapped with the whole cast of ILLENIUM’s Lineup. It was a concert to remember and it was cherished the moment whenever happened and I will always be grateful for the opportunity to see ILLENIUM as the best Electronic Artist. Some of his songs has very touching moments and it expressed everyone’s feelings and realize that some people have similar traits from his songs based on the storyline of his songs.

    The show ended with

I talked to some women on the train to Jamaica to explain for some good music shows outside like Miami Ultra, Tao Beach in Las Vegas, pool parties which I would love to do it the more I get used to my independence traveling on my own. I wanna discover the world and see what Electronic Music is all about.

Ever since the concert, I’ve played ILLENIUM a lot of times and love the harmony of most of the songs and it has really good storytelling like parts of my life if I remember.

  • My trip to a Professional Soccer Tournament was at Citi Field which it was on the 5th of July, 2023. The match was New York City Football Club the host team played against Charlotte Football Club which is the team from North Carolina debut its Major League Soccer History in 2022. Charlotte FC is also known has the Queen City and has expanded fans in the area which they usually have their home matches at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. NYCFC is hoping to get their own stadium across from Citi Field by 2027 which it would attract a lot of soccer fans to watch a good match, especially the New York Derby against the New York Red Bulls.

The match started of with the team doing well and took control of the ball. Charlotte FC scored their first goal of the match at the 17th minute. The goal was from McKinze Gaines while the fans on the away supporters were excited and so I was. The crowd also singed “Charlotte FC”, “Charlotte is Wonderful”, “The Mighty Black and Blue” and “We Love It”. The match was really good during the first half and had a lot of close moments for the second goal. There was some hiccups with the team but managed to pull it through. The match ended with the first half by Charlotte FC taking the lead 1-0.

When the 2nd Half began, Charlotte was doing well even the guy with the Charlotte FC skeleton theme with the hat came in to sing along the Charlotte supporters. At the 57th minute, the group sang “The Mighty Black and Blue” until the almost had the goal but I thought it should’ve ruled for penalty but nothing major happened. Charlotte FC had control of the ball in most of the match until NYCFC levelled the score at the 81st minute. The City Fans were excited about the team to score the goal to tie the game but the Charlotte fans refused to give up and hoped to get the winning goal. We shouted “Not my Problem” to the City fans because it shouldn’t been a draw. Some of the supporters sing “Vamos Charlotte” which the club did everything they could get many shots of target but City managed to keep the game alive. When the game had 6 minutes of stoppage time, Charlotte FC ran back to the front of our view but no luck with the winning goal. NYCFC also tried to get the winning goal but great defense from Charlotte. When both teams tried to get one last chance to get the winning goal but both goalies saved it which NYCFC got the last shot when Kristijan Kahlina saved the ball for Charlotte FC and kicked it out when the whistle was blown for a 1-1 draw. I was disappointed with the result but I had fun with the experience at Citi Field

While both Charlotte FC and NYCFC had their mighty performance, they each got themselves a goal which I was hopping for Charlotte FC to get winning goal but it wasn’t the way I wanted to finished the match. Hopefully I’ll get to see soccer matches in the future. Hopefully New York will expand soccer fans if their any New York team like NYCFC in Queens, NY Redbulls for future Derby’s or any MLS teams that you want to see in Queens.

  • I found an article from 2011 when the Nassau County Bus was gonna change to NICE Bus which it was owned by Veolia Transportation, a French-based company with American headquarters in Illinois that is one of the mates world’s largest private providers of nects transportation. Nassau County, New York: Veolia won a contract to operate Long Island Bus (renamed Nassau Inter-County Express) in place of the MTA effective January 1, 2012. The old Long Island Bus was delivered to a bus company in Colorado while Veolia a French based Company took control and brought brand new buses for the NICE Bus fleet in first couple of years. I found an old article that has proved the issue of The Long Island Bus to NICE.

    THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS

are far from Robert Coles mind as he strides purposefully across the parking lot at Long Island Bus’s huge depot on Commercial Avenue in Garden City. With his sharp angular features, piercing gaze and earnest demeanor, the 56-year-old bus operator looks a bit like Gary Cooper about to corner some outlaw in an old cowboy Western instead of a veteran employee eager to speak his mind about the uncertain future of Nassau County’s transit system. For almost 22 years, this Colorado native, a former cop in a Denver suburb, has been behind the wheel, picking up a portion of the 100,000. daily passengers that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority estimates ride the buses. On weekday afternoons, Cole drives the N22, which connects Roosevelt Field Mall to Jamaica Station and Hicksville. “Every one of my trips is jam-packed- all the 22s are like that,” he says.

Robert Cole walks briskly across the parking lot of the massive Long Island Bus depot on Commercial Avenue in Garden City, his thoughts clearly distant from his thoughts. The 56-year-old bus operator appears more like Gary Cooper about to corner some outlaw in an old cowboy Western than a seasoned worker eager to voice his opinions about the uncertain future of Nassau County’s transit system, with his sharp, angular features, piercing gaze, and earnest demeanor. This Colorado native, a former police officer in a Denver suburb, has been operating the bus for nearly 22 years, picking up some of the 100,000 passengers a day that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority estimates use it. The Time when Long Island Bus to NICE

Veolia announced changes and service reductions in February 2012, with an effective date of April 2012. Although no routes were canceled, approximately $7 million in route reductions were planned, starting in the spring of 2012, with service reductions and route concentrations planned for routes primarily serving northern and eastern Nassau County, with resources diverted towards busier routes. In the end, however, these cuts lead to fewer services being provided on thirty routes, which includes fewer services on weekends and fewer services during the midday on seven routes.

The idea was the buses have changed over the years but changing the company name hasn’t helped much after the take over of Long Island Bus to NICE on the other hand caused declines in service and passengers using the bus to places.
