Baking Night! Making Homemade Dairy Free Nutella

stay tuned for our upcoming book !

Life is too short , Eat desert first !

By Cara Difiore, Joanna Otto, and Christine Grimaldi.

Our first recipe for our cooking book was chosen by our team player Joanna. She chose this recipe as we were playing a question game!

If you could have one food group for the rest of your life what would it be? type yours in the comments there’s no wrong answer here.

Taking the health factors into the account for sustainability.

So we decided to give it a try first, we had to put the hazelnuts in the air fryer to heat and roast them. Then we placed the hazelnuts in the processor so they can be chopped into shreds. We then melted maple syrup and coconut cream to ensure it was dairy free. As investigators, we decided to do a taste test, see if it was good, and make sure it is dairy free.

We also decided to split the Nutella in half. We realized it could also be good with evaporated milk in it. We made half of the Nutella dairy free and the other half with evaporated milk. We also found out it has health benefits like nutrients for healthy bones protein, calcium, and vitamins A and D.

We cut up gluten-free muffins, and fruit like strawberries, apples, and bananas to use as the dippings.

It turned out to be a mixed review thing from our team but we’re proud of how it went.
