I thought I would do a blog about a event I went to with my bf that was at Farmingdale Main Street which is by me called “The Art Crawl” yesterday

When we got there it was not as big as we thought but was still exciting and interesting otherwise. There was a vitamin water stand we grabbed some of those since we were thirsty (stay hydrated people!) and they were giving them out for free which was great. Then there was a support small businesses stand, a line of the artists/small businesses like myself, and a little stage for the performers who were performing.

I was going to apply to do it but then you had to have experience with them in order to do it which I clearly don’t have now and it was too pricey so my folks and I were just like just attend and see how it is which I did and I’m glad I ended up just doing that however it would be great to have another vendor experience again.

We stopped and looked at each of the small businesses vendor’s tables, it was interesting to see what they’re selling and what they are selling, and how/why they love doing what they do. I also got to interact with them, asked them some questions, and then talked about what I do. So I basically went out, saw cool stuff, interacted/networked with other artists/small businesses like myself which felt great. We also handed out each other’s businesses cards. I was also told this happens twice a year which I hope it’s true. I hope this happens again soon so I can do it. Here are the pictures I have.
