Part 1 Planned on moving to a new location
While Bandit is playing with his daughters, Bluey and Bingo, Bandit does the same thing with the up and up and passes out, much like when he reads the book to the girls in Frutibat. Bingo wants to play release. Bluey pointed out the location of Frisky and Radley’s wedding in the Heeler backyard while they were playing Release. Chilli stops them just as Bluey is ready to switch on the swing and says that the purchasers are here. They see Bucky Dunstan, who is attempting to sell the house to two sheepdogs, before they reach the car. When the sheepdogs were ready to purchase the house, Bluey wasn’t too thrilled, but Bingo wasn’t bothered. As they make their way to school, Bluey bemoans the fact that she doesn’t want to relocate. Bandit told her that the kids would have a better life because he obtained a new job in a new city, but Bluey didn’t want a better life. Chilli reassures her that it could be a whole new adventure. Bingo found it interesting that the sheepdogs had eyes despite having fringe covering them.

At school, Calypso reads a book to the class, prompting Bluey to wonder why stories typically have happy endings. The former claims that’s because there are already enough sad things in real life. When his moms told him that his guinea pig might return, Pretzel gave the example of how it didn’t. Rusty reasoned that a snake would have consumed it. In another example, Winton discusses his father’s divorce from his mother and his ongoing loneliness. Winton was informed by one of the terriers that their mom liked their dad. When Bluey finally tells the students that she’s leaving, they all start howling at once. Calypso reads the book “The Farmer” to the class. The farmer in the narrative experiences both wonderful and unpleasant things, but he only says, “We’ll see.” The kids seem perplexed. Indy said, “Is that it?” Mackenzie answered, “What happens next?” Jack retorted, “Why didn’t he want to join the arm?” What was the horses name, Honey replied? Coco suggested calling the white one Snowy, and Chloe suggested calling the black one midnight. As children came up with fantastic ideas, Bluey was unsure whether it was a good or bad conclusion, but Calypso assured her it was good. Calypso invites Bluey to sit close and says, “Everything will work out the way it supposed to Bluey,” and Bluey smiles with a grin. Jack and Rusty were pumped and ready to play army.On the way back home, Bandit Bluey and Bingo sang a song about “Frisky and Radley sitting in a tree K I S S I N G, first comes love, then comes marriage.” Bingo concluded with “Then the little dinosaur sitting in a carriage”. Bandit answered, “Yeah!” Wait! What? The kids laughed, and Bluey howled when the windows were opened. Bandit stated that she was feeling upbeat, while Bluey reported that Calypso had expressed confidence that “everything will work out the way it’s supposed” to, with the hope that the sheepdogs would not be purchasing the house. When Bucky informs Bandit that the Sheepdogs want to purchase the house and it is sold, Bluey’s happy attitude is immediately disrupted. When it’s time for bed at home, Bluey begs her father not to move once more. Chilli was about to inform Bluey, but she became too emotional and walked away while Bingo was culled with her stuffed toys.

The next day, everyone as prepared for the wedding, Trixie assisted Bingo, Muffin, and Socks in practicing their roles as flower girls as they walked down the aisle. They’re all flower girls, including Bluey, and the adults are preparing everything for Radley and Frisky’s wedding. When Stripe unintentionally informs Chilli find out she’s moving out, Frisky tells that it’s bad news since she won’t be able to see her again. Stripe also tells Frisky that Rad wants her to move west with him after the wedding. In order to assist Bluey in learning how to walk, Muffin wonders where she is. Stripe kept thinking of a lie, so he pretended that it was not Rad and thought Trixie was calling him, but Trixie was standing right next to Frisky. Feeling enraged, Frisky enraged and stomps off to call upon Rad Rad, and Muffin and Socks bump into one other. Socks burst into laughter, and Muffin became enraged that Bluey was missing Flower Girl practice. At the front, Muffin tells a despondent Bluey that she was upset that Bluey wasn’t at practice and that Bluey was currently excessively upset. Muffin reassures her that they won’t have to relocate if she takes down the sign, which indicates that it’s not for sale. She prepares to sign down with her sister and cousins while Stripe and Trixie are fighting in the background. Frisky contacted Rad angry and asked him to call promptly after leaving a voicemail. Chilli encouraged Frisky to breathe, and Frisky requested if she could remove the sign for the day (it was an eyesore for her). While Chilli thought it would be wonderful to remove the placard, Frisky informed her that “this isn’t over”.

Bluey encouraged Socks to bark twice if a grownup came by, and Socks barked as soon as Frisky came out to take down the sign. The girls hummed, and when Frisky requested them to remove the sign, Bluey gave her a hug and told her she was the best fairy godmother in the world, to which she giggled. Just before they all teamed together to ultimately tear down the sign, Rad phones Frisky and the two had an argument. Bluey promised the girls she would assist them when she ended the call. Frisky then booted Jeremy the Garden Gnome, saying, “Don’t tell me how to feel.” The girls found that response surprising. Finally, Frisky hung up on Rad and said, “Sweetheart this.” When Frisky stormed to her car, Bluey told her she was going somewhere, but Frisky said she was only going. When Bluey asked if she may make a return, Frisky shockingly informed the girls that she would not be returning. Frisky called off the wedding, telling the girls as much. They all gave an explanation for Frisky’s departure, but they didn’t anticipate her returning for the nuptials. After she drove off, Socks remarked, “Poor Jeremy,” pointing out that Frisky had knocked him unconscious when she kicked the gnome, which made Frisky angry with Rad.

Part 2 Chilli and the girls Find Frisky
As all of this was going on, Chilli hummed to Cat Squad. The girls, scared, informed Chilli that she had departed and the wedding was off. While the girls were preparing to support Chilli and rescue the wedding, Chilli made the decision to call Frisky. When Stripe entered the room and sang Cat Squad, Muffin was going to tell him that the wedding was off, but Chilli covered her to avoid spoilers. Stripe asked, “Are you allowed to do that?” Chilli requested Strip to find something in the other room, but it was too close to call, so she was relieved. When Bandit entered the room and began singing Cat Squad, Bingo was ready to inform her father about the catastrophe when Chilli covered her mouth and repeated what Stripe had said. Then, just as Socks was ready to repeat what Bingo had said, Chilli covered her mouth, which startled Bandit. Bluey was the last to announce that the wedding was called off, but Chilli did a superb job of avoiding the disappointment of the botched wedding by covering her lips with her tail. As Chilli was ready to ask Bandit to find something for the wedding, she decided to take the girls along and find Frisky, to which all of the girls responded with a muffled “hooray.”

Because there is no room in the back of the automobile, Bluey is permitted to sit in the front seat for the first time. Chilli contacted Cookie when she got there to check whether she was at the flat, but there was no answer. Bluey was thrilled to read a book about Bobo, who was known as having the Heeler Car, and to discover the front seat. For doing so, a policeman pulls them over. But before letting them go, the policeman reveals that he gave Frisky a speeding ticket close to her favorite juice shop after reading the law. Bluey discovers a penny in the shop, and the kids obtain their own drinks, but no one can find Frisky. Back on the road, Chilli receives a call from Rad. The girls were excited that Uncle Rad was on the line with Chilli. Bingo tells him that Frisky ran away, but he acknowledges that it was probably because he wanted to move out of the city with her. In addition, Rad found it hard to hide the astonishment from Frisky. At that point, Muffin’s watermelon juice splashes into the car, forcing Chilli to pull over and hang up Rad to end the call.

Socks searched the passing vehicles for Frisky’s Blue car as Chilli cleaned up the mess inside the car. As she cleans it up, Socks notices Frisky’s automobile and pursues her. Their chase is cut short because Socks needs to use a toilet. Bingo meets up with Flappy again in a rest area. Bluey and Chilli are sitting on a log when Bluey asks Chilli if she truly wants to leave their house. Chilli responds that it will be a big, new adventure. When Socks had done using the toilet, Chilli counted all of the girls who were about to board Bobo. Chilli was ready to call it off as they hit the road again, but Bluey persisted in continuing to search for her until Muffin informed Chilli that Bluey needed Frisky for the sign. Before Chilli can inquire, Flappy frightens Muffin and Socks, and Bingo gleefully applauds for Flappy’s presence in the car. Chilli then stops the car to pull over to release the butterfly. She notices a sign and knows where Frisky went before she enters again.

They proceeded to the Lookout and informed the girls that Frisky and Chilli used to visit the Lookout as teenagers to reflect. When Socks pointed out Frisky’s blue car, everyone applauded for having located her car. They discover Frisky sitting in the gazebo at the Lookout, deep in contemplation. They filled her in on every detail of their search for her road trip. Binoculars divert Bingo, Muffin, and Socks, but Bluey calls Frisky back so they may remove the sign. Frisky understands Bluey’s motivation for removing the sign: doing so will spare them from having to relocate. Chilli informs Bluey that this is not how signs work, which upsets her. She begs Frisky to inform Chilli that they should stay put. When Frisky instructed Chilli to check to see whether she was doing the right thing, Chilli reaches her breaking point and, on the verge of tears, tells Bluey that she, too, does not want to relocate, but that it could be beneficial to their family. As Bluey notes, it might not be good for their family either. Bluey and Frisky both had an epiphany when Chilli says that they’ll have to see. When Bingo, Muffin, and Socks return, they inquire whether any of the three of them have a coin. When Bluey finds out she has one, the girls go back to the binoculars. At that moment, Chilli and Frisky responded to Rad’s announcement on the gazebo that he might be their great uncle. Frisky believed Chilli had organized the search for her, so Chilli didn’t need to give an explanation. When Frisky asked if Rad could really find her, Radley stated that she loved it there and they were going to go look for it when Chilli interrupted them to check on the kids just to avoid joining the third wheel. Chilli tries to assist the girls in misplacing the coin. They realize that Rad and Frisky have reconciled and that the wedding is once again arranged as they look back.

Part 3 The Wedding Scene
Guests arrive at the Heeler residence, including a pregnant Brandy and Grandpa Bob, who has been to India to find himself. The girls were allowed to participate in the flower girl walk. Rad was taken startled to see Frisky walking down the aisle with her father. The girls waved their legs joyously as they performed their vows, and Nana Chris and Grandpa Bob broke down in tears. After Rad and Frisky got married, Busker informed them that it was possible for them to have kissed the bride. The girls weren’t really fond of Frisky and Rad’s smoochy kiss. In the subsequent sequence, Frisky hurls her bouquet above their heads and into a cluster of ladies, which Strpe eagerly retrieves. Following the wedding, the entire family enjoyed the occasion and took family portraits. Everyone was having a great time at the reception. Bingo even informed Grandpa Bob that he had been in India for a long time, and Nana said that he had gone there to find himself. Rad and Frisky, in the meantime, were prepared for the announcement—until Mort whistled for silence, which actually worked. Nana was excitedly startled when he was about to make an announcement about Frisky having a baby, but it wasn’t the answer, so she exclaimed Oh Biscuits. After the wedding, he planned to declare that he and Frisky would be relocating to the west. Chilli booed, and the adults at the table laughed together. Instead of traveling west as planned, Rad was about to give a lecture about relationships when Excitement of Frisky announced that they had decided to stay in the city, much to everyone’s delight, as well as Bandit and Chilli’s surprise. Bluey was overjoyed that Frisky chose to stay here rather than move out west and gave her a big hug. Stripe was eager to get the party going once more. After Busker kicked off the music, everyone was eager to resume having fun at the party.

In the next scene, Socks was manicuring her parents with the toppers while Trixie and Stripe argued in the background. In the following scene, Bandit was interested in Rad’s job and Nana was glad that they could spend more time together. Bingo asked Nana if Grandpa Bob and Stripe were dancing like eagles, while Rad was excited to go look for a new job. When Bandit then inquires about Rad’s judgment, the latter responds that he worries excessively. While standing in front of the house, Chilli and Frisky continued their conversation about how Frisky had presumed that Chilli had set up the plan with Rad and had corrected her. Bluey then joyfully descended the stairs to join them in celebrating Frisky’s happy ending. As Chilli gives up on trying to make sense of everything. She wanted to dance, and they giggled before running back to the tent to dance. The Heeler family has a wild night of dancing. Each member of the family had their own unique way of showcasing their incredible dance moves on the dance floor, and they all had their moment.

Part 4 Moving out and Bandit saved the house
The next morning, the sign is back up, and Bucky posts a sticker stating that the house has been sold. Unaware of the significance of this, Bingo remarks on how lovely it is before getting into the car. Before Bingo, who was stuck on the railing, yelled, Chilli patted Bluey and assured him that everything would be okay. Chilli then consoles Bandit by outlining the circumstances surrounding the move. Bluey was helping Bingo get out of the railing when Stripe said, “What day is it?” as he emerged from Wendy’s bush. Later that day, Bingo loses her table when she is drawing faces on her feet. Then she demanded that the moving personnel return her sister’s bed and yelled at them which she did bark at them. When Chilli tells her what selling the house means, Bingo is shocked, having thought the whole time that they would still live in it after they sold it. After believing that they would continue to live in the house after it was sold, Bingo is taken aback when Chilli informs her of the implications of selling. After learning that Lila would not be accompanying her, she tears up and attempts to remove the sign, but is unable to do so. While she was feeling the same way and didn’t want to move, Bluey consoled her and helped Bingo lift her spirits by recounting her story that Calypso had recounted.

Back at the overlook, the sheepdogs end up using the binoculars that the girls attempted to use. They eventually spot Cornelius and the Terriers’ Mom at the former’s old house thanks to them. It turns out that the sheepdogs wanted a pool, so he’s selling it. They start to feel lost about what to do.

They sincerely have one final glance at the Heelers’ home before leaving for their vehicle. Just as Bandit is ready to go inside, a call comes in. After the call ends, Bandit approaches the sign and removes the sold sticker, indicating that the Sheepdogs had canceled their plans to purchase the house. After that, he realizes he wants to stay in the cul-de-sac and gathers all of his might to take the sign out and throw it into the cul-de-sac. Bandit has use his energy to throw the sign down while leaning onto Bandit’s arms, Chilli sobs as she leaps out of the vehicle. Bluey and Bingo give their parents hugs and express their happiness at not having to leave.

The Heelers return to their home, with Bluey and Bingo cheerfully looking around. They joyfully dance and embrace as they return to their room. The family enjoyed fish and chips on a shipping box in the playroom later that day as the sun was setting. Bluey used the airplane game to get the chip. Bandit laughs as Bingo plants a chip on her nose, making it resemble for a mustache, as Bandit and Chilli exchange tender glances and tail wags. As the Heeler house transitions into the Heeler home, the camera travels up to the sky.
