It was Thanksgiving Night at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin as the Green Bay Packers played against the Miami Dolphins. Fans has celebrated Thanksgiving with friends and family which others had Thanksgiving Dinner to see the Green Bay Packers and the Miami Dolphins played in action. It was the time of the holidays when everyone comes together and the Holidays comes around the corner for big sales and discount stores for Holiday Shopping and Black Friday Deals.
The game started off with Daniel Whelan who kicked the ball to receive it to Miami as Siran Neal was about to catch the ball as it dropped to the ground and the Packers got the ball for a fumble. The Packers started at the 9 yards line. When the Packers were 3rd and Goal, The Packers Quarterback Jordan Love passed the ball to Jayden Reed and got the Touchdown on the right side of the field as he leapt to the fans who got excited to see the Packers take the lead in the 1St Quarter. When the Dolphins had their first official play of the night, they lost a lot of yards over penalties and unnecessary roughness which they went 3rd and 26 at Miami 24. It didn’t last so the Packers got the ball back and had 13 plays. Jordan Love did some passes as Josh Jacob the running back carried a lot of runs as Love passed to tight end Tucker Kraft, and did it again with 17 yard pass and 15 yard run from Emanuel Wilson the running back which Josh Jacobs completed with a one yard touchdown during 2nd & Goal as the Packers lead the Dolphins 14-0.
The Dolphins had done their best from Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa which he did mostly yard passes and terrific moments from Jonnu Smith, Alec Ingold, De’Von Achane, Tyreek Hill and Jayden Waddle with a great pass when the Fins took the sacrifice the play with 4″ & 4, which it didn’t last at when Tua Tagovailoa got an incomplete pass as it landed to Raheem Mostert just shy of catching the ball without hitting the ground which it ended up with 4 & 15 at GB 15. Jason Sanders the kicker of the Miami Dolphins kicked a 33 yard field goal and it was good while Green Bay leads them 14-3. There were key moments when Jayden Reed of Green Bay ran 23 yards at the very beginning of Green Bay ball, which the Dolphins Defense were able to block the play when it was incomplete pass. Miami had some moments when Tua Tagovailoa passed the ball to Raheem Mostert as it was a 14 yard pass and the Packers defense did phnomenial with the 9 yard sack during the 3rd & 8 at Miami 27 as it was pulled back to the 18 yard line. The Packers had the ball back when Jordan Love passed the ball to Dontayvion Wicks for 8 yards. Then Running Back Chris Brooks ran 18 yards to the Miami 36. After the 2 Minute Warning Break, Jordan Love did a pass deep left to Christian Watson with a great 21 yard pass as the fans wanted more to get another touchdown. Love did a short pass to Reed and ran 12 yards to get the Touchdown for the Packers as Jayden Reed did the turkey gobble dance for the touchdown celebration while some of the players did the same thing because it was Thanksgiving. The Green Bay Packers took the lead 21-3 as the Dolphins hoped to get one more play before halftime. Tua Tagovailoa took the sacrifice run for 9 yards has he scrambled to the right end. The Dolphins was hoping to gain more runs as the Dolphins Head Coach Mike McDaniel was hoping the extra play would work but Tagovailoa thrown the ball too high and the Packers get one more play before Halftime. Love made pass short right to Tucker Kraft for 17 yards which the clock was ticking so the Packers Head Coach Matt LaFleur decide to wrapped up the first half with Brandon McManus the Field Goal Kicker as he kicked 46 yards and it was good and the Green Bay Packers takes the lead 24-3 to wrapped up the first half of Thanksgiving Thursday Night Football.
The 3rd Quarter began with Dolphins getting the ball first as Tagovailoa failed to pass the ball to Odell Beckham Jr. which ended with 4th & 8 at the Miami 25. The Packers had their play when Love passed the ball deep right to Josh Christian Watson it was a 46 yard pass. Then Jordan Love did a short pass on his left to Josh Jacobs with a 15 yard pass. Jordan Love ran back before getting sacked by the Dolphins Defense so he threw the ball to Jayden Reed which it ended up with 4th & 3 at the Miami 6 yard line which Brandon McManus took the Field Goal and it was good. The Dolphins took the key highlights when Tua Tagovailoa passed the ball to Jonnu Smith as he ran 13 yards but somehow the ball was fumbled but luckily it went out of bounds which the Dolphins were safe. While the Dolphins were 4th & 1, Head Coach Mike McDaniel would like to take the gamble as they still had some time to get closer to the Packers as Tua Tagovailoa took a short pass to Jonnu Smith again for a 16 yard throw to keep Miami alive on the Night of Thanksgiving. The gained another 16 yards from Tagovailoa to Waddle which they had one chance to get themselves a touchdown as it did when Tua Tagovailoa gives it to De’Von Achane for a 14 yards Touchdown. The Dolphin fans were happy to see them get the first touchdown of the night. The Dolphins took the 2 point conversion as Tua Tagovailoa passed the ball to Jayden Waddle and the attempt was a success as De’Von Achance doubled high five Jayden Waddle, while the Packers still trail the Dolphins 27-11. The Packers got the ball once again as it started with Dontayvion Wicks who caught the ball for the 10 yards from Jordan Love. The Packers fell short after the 3rd Down which the Dolphins Defense were able to blocked the Packers chance of going through the yellow line. When the Dolphins got the ball back, Tua Tagovailoa passed the ball to Tyreek Hill with 13 yards to wrapped up the 3rd Quarter.
The 4th Quarter began with Devonte Wyatt who was caught for 5 yard penalty which give the Dolphins 2nd & 2 at the Miami 39 yard line. Then Tagovailoa did a short pass to Anchane for 3 yards. Then made a deep pass to Tyreek Hill for a 24 yard pass. When the Dolphins reached gra & 6, Tagovailoa passed right to Odell Beckham Jr. for a 9 yard pass. Tagovailoa did another great pass to Jayden Waddle as it was a 12 yard pass. The Dolphins were about to get another touchdown but Keisean Nixon blocked the ball from Jonnu Smith which forced another play with 4 & Goal at the Green Bay 1 yard line, which Tagovailoa was sacked by the Packers Defense and it was a Turnover on Downs which it was too late for the Dolphins to catch up to get close to the Packers. The Packers had the moment when Love passed the ball to Kraft for a 16 yard pass. After that, Jordan Love did a short pass Josh Jacobs as he ran the ball with the total of 49 yards. The Packers did everything they could to gain more runs which it wasn’t enough to one last touchdown as Dontayvion Wicks was meters short from getting the touchdown, so Brandon McManus kicked a 33 vard line field goal and it was good. When the Dolphins were 3rd & 9 at the Miami 34 yard lime, Tua Tagovailoa passed the football to Tyreek Hills has he ran 30 yards. The Dolphins pushed some yards into the final 3 minutes left on the clock, as Tagovailoa passed the bal at the 13 yard line while Jonnu Smith almost got the ball and Hill somehow got the ball for a Dolphins touchdown. The Dolphins decide to get the 2 point conversion which it failed as an incomplete pass while The Packers Defense were shy from intercepting the ball. Jordan Love and the Packers were about to get their last touchdown before the 2 minute warning which Christian Watson was about to get ball while the Miami defense used the tip of their fingers to block the ball as it was an incomplete pass. The Dolphins did their final push with short pass as it wrapped up the game and the Green Bay Packers defeated the Miami Dolphins 30-17.
The Green Bay Packers had a moment of Turkey and had interview with the reporters. The players took a turkey leg and everyone had a great Thanksgiving. There was also celebrations while Coach Matt LaFleur and Coach Mike McDaniel the two friends shook hands since it was a fun fact that the two did worked together with the Washington Redskins during the early 2010s. The Packer concluded with celebrations in the locker room and had Thanksgiving Dinner.
