The whole Autisticana crew went on excursion to Fire Island. Originally we planned on going to Ocean Beach but missed the ferry so we went to Kismet. Some of us almost missed the boat because we got on the wrong ferry terminal boat but the correct time. The crew on the ferry was nice enough to save us time but made in time to catch the ferry to Fire Island. We landed at Kismet, Fire Island. The whole group took a wagon and went for a walk to Kismet Beach. When we got to the beach, some of us went to the water and others relaxed to enjoyed the view. Afterwards, we went for a walk around Kismet and walked through the town and the most interesting houses on the island. We saw signs and souvenirs as items for decoration. I saw some wagons and bicycles in the front yard since cars weren’t allow to go through Fire Island. Afterwards we went for dinner at a deli and we had ice cream, chicken tenders with fries, and a large pretzel. Finally we went saw the most interesting sunset and took the Ferry back to Bay Shore.
Scott
On my end I started off with riding on a wagon halfway before having all of the bags on the wagon. I went to the beach and had a blast by getting hit by the giant waves while I tried to avoid getting hit by the riptides. At one point I almost touched a jellyfish with a minor sting, during which I was hypnotized because it was a close call. While I went for a walk with the group, I found out that every wagon and bikes with baskets had a license plate so they know the name of the vehicle. It would be cool if they can customize the plate or get an old license plate for an souvenir so they can put on a vehicle. There’s also a wagon depot by the dock which every wagon should have a license plate to know the color and customize their plates from New York, Florida or whatever customized plate for an ocean-theme related name.
Jackson
I loved walking around the beach and standing by the waves while feeling the sand being pulled in by the water. We also got to sit on our towels and talk about how interesting Kismet Beach was. At first I was nervous by the ferry because I kept thinking my stuff was going to fall off the boat but I got through it both to the island and back. I also enjoyed seeing an interesting fence rumored to belong to a “psycho killer” and eating at the deli with each other. I enjoyed a delicious dinner of fries and sparkling lemonade mixed with blackberry seltzer and seeing a beautiful sunset on the way back to Bay Shore.
When my twin brother Ryan and I were born prematurely both of us were 3 lbs and over two months early. I was diagnosed with moderate Cerebral Palsy (CP) at birth. Which means I have a brain hemorrhage in a very rare spot. My Cerebral Palsy affects my entire right side. When I was 22 years old I was diagnosed with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). POTS means my heart rate goes very high and if I stand up or change positions too fast I pass out and my blood pressure goes very low. My Cerebral Palsy makes my POTS even more challenging. When I was 24 years old I was diagnosed with Epilepsy. Epilepsy (seizures) my Epilepsy spot is right next to my brain hemorrhage. Which makes my Epilepsy even more challenging. On top of me having Cerebral Palsy and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. I have to carry my emergency seizure medicine and wear my Apple Watch at all times. My medical team at (St. Charles Hospital) is amazing. They go above and beyond for me. I don’t know where I would be with them. At every stage of my life, I learn and accept that my life is harder than typical people’s before all of my diagnoses. But that doesn’t stop me. Even with all of my diagnoses I’m still not letting them hold me back from what I do with my life.
2Education/Molly: All of my schooling was very challenging but I did it. Thank God that Individualized Education (IEP) was so detailed and grew with me. From Elementary school to College, I had to work twice as hard as my peers because of all of my learning disabilities as well as my diagnoses. Resource room teachers from Elementary school to High school were great at realizing that I was having trouble and trying to find a solution. I would always ask the teacher if I was having trouble or if they could tell me facial expressions. As I entered Junior school and High school the material got because I was in Regents level classes. Which meant more homework and tests. My stress levels increased. But they were almost therapists to me because they would try to find a solution. If that didn’t work they would have a meeting with my teacher. Between myself, my resource room teacher, and my class teacher we would usually find a solution or have extra accommodation for that class. By Senior year my IEP was the size of a textbook with all of my accommodations. Once I entered College for my Bachelor’s Degree I had to find a College that had a great disability program. If they didn’t have that program I wouldn’t succeed. If I had a problem with a teacher, even after I asked the teacher. They would tell the teacher and help to find a solution. I even had a guidance counselor (Leighann) that was my lifeline. I would email her every day, and I would have a weekly meeting with her. If I didn’t have I didn’t her wouldn’t have been successful. When I got my Master’s Degree my College also had a great disability program and my teachers would email me, to see if I was having any problems with the material. From Elementary school to graduating with my Master’s Degree I went to a lot of tutoring and extra help sessions to better understand the material. Since graduating with my Master’s Degree it’s been very difficult for me to find a job with all of my diagnoses. I’m currently trying to get a job with the government in healthcare administration and leadership, that’s what my degrees are. When I was in College I was suicidal from all of the homework, tests, and stress. My therapist told me to bond with my rescue dog, Molly, which helped a ton. Without bonding with her. There’s no doubt in my mind, Coach Steve, Coach Bob, Chloe, Charmaine, Leighann, and my medical team’s minds that I wouldn’t be alive today. During this time I joined Rolling Thunder Special Needs Program Para-Athletics without the head Coaches Steve and Bob, Chloe and Charmaine watched out to see if I was displaying any suicidal signs during practice, road races, and track meets I joined this Track and Field Team help me feel included without any judgment because everyone understands what I was through. They listened to me and did everything I needed to still be alive. Even when Molly passed during the Coronavirus-19 Pandemic, everyone was there for them checking in on me to see if I was okay and not displaying any suicidal signs. Without all of these people and Molly, I would’ve committed suicide. That’s another of the many reasons why I’m so appreciative of these people because they didn’t have but they wanted to.
3Obstacles To Challenges /Training For Summer Paralympics Paris 2024/Field Hockey:
I’ve had many obstacles in my life. My medical team, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists have been there the whole time. They have helped me turn everyday life activities that were insanely hard for me that turned into challenges because It’s very hard for me to use my right limbs, right fingers, and right toes even though I was stubborn and didn’t want to do them. But I had to be able to function in activities of daily life and be a successful functional person in society. I had to be successful to meet every goal the way they wanted which was “the correct way” or I failed the goal and had to keep working on the goal. I tried to find a shortcut for every goal but it didn’t work whatsoever. Even though all of these goals were hard to meet, I am a successful functional person in society. Thanks to their great work and for handling my stubbornness.
As for my training for The Summer Paralympic Games in Paris 2024 for Track and Field. My Track and Field Team is (Rolling Thunder Special Needs Program Para-Athletics) which is for disabled athletes, most of my teammates have Autism. The head coaches are Steve and Bob. There have been so many obstacles because of all of my diagnoses. Trying to figure out a way that I could successfully run without falling, passing out, or having a seizure. At every practice, I wear my helmet to help in case of emergency. But I didn’t give up and my coaches and pacers on my team didn’t either. Trying to successfully finish practice has also been an obstacle to my safety. I have to have modified practice, wear my helmet, have extra water breaks, and have to wear cooling towels when it’s hot out in case I have an emergency. Even use Quench Gum and Jelly Belly Sport Beans before and during every practice, road races, and track meet. To help me not have an emergency. All of my coaches and my pacers know my faces when I display those symptoms that I’m about to pass out or have a seizure. Another obstacle that turned into a challenge was running road
races successfully and not falling, passing out, or having a seizure. When I run road races I have my two pacers (Chloe and Charmaine) with me. One pacer is in front of me watching it to see if there’s a curb, a pothole, or if the road is uneven. My other pacer is next to me. I have to wear my leg brace, water hydration backpack, and helmet. In case anything happens to me. As well, in case I have a seizure they were taught how to give me my emergency seizure medication. That was difficult to solve, especially for my safety. My two pacers are amazing for keeping me safe. Even during the road race, they will not tell me what mile we’re at. They will only look at my Apple Watch which displays my heart rate. They’re constantly looking at my face to see if I’m about to pass out or have a seizure. Because they know my faces when I display those symptoms.
In terms of throwing the Shot Put and Discus that was a challenge trying to figure out how I would hold them and successfully throw them. My coaches and I figured out a way that works for me. As of writing, I’m on the Long Island Track and Field Team and the New York State Track and Field Team which I was surprised about. But it’s all because of my hard work. Of course, all my coaches go the extra mile. But didn’t any of these challenges stop me from quitting the team. I’m indebted to all of my coaches for them not giving up on me. I didn’t stop because it was an obstacle for me. All of these obstacles have helped me compete in track meets, most of them I’m competing against typical athletes.
Specifically, Training for The Summer Paralympic Games in Paris 2024 for Track and Field has been a challenge because I have to put in a ton of more work at practice, during the Road Races, and I have extra workouts that my other teammates don’t have. I have to a Paralympic Standards for the Cerebral Palsy (CP) category to be considered to compete in The Summer Paralympic Games in Paris 2024. Those Paralympic Standards for 100 meters, 200 meters, and Shot Put are very challenging, especially having moderate Cerebral Palsy (CP) because of the modifications I had to figure out and master to try to meet those Paralympic Standards as of this moment I’m writing this am I very close of meeting those Paralympic Standards. Each of my coaches, my pacers, and my personal I’m so thankful for to have them in my life. I’m currently 0.10 seconds off of the CP Paralympic standard for the 100 meters dash. I’m currently 15 seconds off of the CP Paralympic standard for the 200 meters dash. I’m 1.22 meters off of the CP Paralympic standard for the Shot Put. I’m currently 9 meters off the CP Paralympic standard for Discus. Running my last 5K (3.1 miles) road race I got a Personal Record by over 4 minutes.
I also have a personal trainer (Ryan) from (Whit Fit/Oompf Fit-Club) helping to increase my strength on both sides of my body. Helping me enhance my sprinting form. He has done the same thing with my Shot Put and Discus form. Having me practice these skills during every session. These sessions aren’t easy at all. But my favorite exercise is pulling the sled. As I’m writing this, the most weight I pulled on the sled is 315 lbs. My best pulling the sled while sprinting is 220 lbs. As of me writing this. Pulling the sled makes me so happy and my trainer knows it. But it’s super challenging especially since my Cerebral Palsy right side doesn’t work as well as my non-affected side in every exercise. Especially my Cerebral Palsy fingers because it’s hard to hold the grips on all of the machines that I have use special grips that I can hold on to while doing strength exercises. I have no control of my right fingers and my right toes due to my Cerebral Palsy right side while also using machines hard to use. My trainer has to do twice the amount of work trying to modify everything because of my Cerebral Palsy but he’s willing to do it for me to achieve my goals. Which he doesn’t have to do. Again he goes the extra mile which I’m thankful for.
I also play Field Hockey for (Long Island Field Hockey on their Field Hockey 4 All Team). That’s been an obstacle as well trying to figure out how to hold the Field Hockey stick with only my left arm because I can’t grip the Field Hockey stick with my right arm. Figuring out how to hold the stick, hit the ball, and run at the same time was a challenge to master. I’m grateful to my head coaches (Danielle and Mallory) for helping me to figure out how to play the game safely. I also have to wear my leg brace, my helmet, and a sports sling on my right arm since I can’t hold the stick, during practices and tournaments. I also made the National Disabled Program Field Hockey Team. I was shocked that I made the team. But I didn’t give up and neither did they.
Having relationships with everyone that I wrote about in these blogs have been there in the happy times in my life as well the dark times of life. They were all listening to me, and were willing to find a solution, all at the time being so supportive it’s not even funny. I know that no one of the people had to do that but they were happy to do it. I will have a relationship with them. I have no doubt they will do anything for me and that’s why they will have a special part in my heart. There’s no way I’ll ever be able to repay them. I’m so thankful and blessed beyond belief to have all of them in my life and will have a relationship with them for the rest of my life.
As the years go by, traffic to the East End of Long Island on the South Fork has gotten worse in recent years due to more people wanting to work for higher quality and high-paid jobs on the island since too far to travel to NYC. Residents might’ve lived around Central Suffolk or the East End near the Hamptons or the North Fork that rather deal with the longer drive and heavy traffic in the Hamptons on Sunrise Hwy Route 27 passed the Shinnecock Hills to County Road Route 39A from East Central Suffolk to Southampton. Some commuters take the path to the Ferry trip to Shelter Island which its also a toll path to the South Fork for the Morning Commute. Traffic has gotten worse because more landscapers want to get higher pay than the suburbs of Long Island because they don’t get paid as much then High Class Areas, Back then, traffic used to be worse in the summer months because of tourism. As time change, more people wanted to get jobs out east to the Hamptons because of better pay jobs, landscapers, plumbers, heaters, coolers, house builders, construction workers, farmers and architecture for essential jobs.
Another thing how reason traffic increased every day in the Hamptons in general is because many New York City Residents decided to move out due to the Pandemic which NYC failed to keep businesses running and more free time in the Hamptons. When School started, some of the districts decided to expand classrooms because of families that moved out of the City and wanted to say that living in the Hamptons is their 2nd Home. They have the opportunity to live in the rich quality of life which others can have greater chances of working from home.
The timeline of how bad traffic is going to the Hamptons from the past to present. Back then it used to be one of the most popular historic cities on Long Island which was for high class people where they also did fancy parties. The Hamptons is also known to be the most expensive place for real estate. The Best beautiful beaches in the Atlantic Ocean. On a normal basis, traffic from Hamptons Bay to Bridgehampton would take 20 to 30 minutes but during peak hours it would take 45 minutes to 2 hours to get from East Quogue to Bridgehampton. The main reason for the traffic in the Hamptons is mostly Commercial vehicles over commuter cars. During the Morning Commute traffic is backed up from 5:45AM to 10:00AM. The high demands of people going to the East End is making traffic into a complete nightmare. During the Summer Months, the congestion continues to get worse from the Sunrise to Sunset or sometimes the first hour of night during weekends and holidays. This also happens because of the huge amount of tourism that wanted to to spend the day in the East End or go on vacation for the week. During the Fall, people go there for Pumpkin Season and wine breweries because there are so many cool holiday theme events for all of the people from the New York Tri-State Area and some outside of the area.
There’s a new study show that more residents in the Town of Brookhaven that wanted to work out by the Hamptons because of higher wages jobs and it’s mostly trade work. Sometimes there are residents from Western parts of Suffolk or commercial Essentials from Nassau County or New York City like a large company driving Islandwide. There’s often truck drivers that came all the way from Farms to Cross Country Trips for delivering goods and food products. During heavy traffic, it’s mostly a trade parade because most of the commuters vehicles are pickups, box trucks, tractor trailers, commercial vans and any essential equipped vehicle that would be good for the job. Some commuter cars has tons of people in their car for carpooling because most of the landscapers can’t afford to have their own cars and others would invite a friend to ride them to work if they don’t wanna risk spending more on their own car. So the morning rush of East Enders started with the William Floyd Parkway leaving Mastic-Shirley because that’s also the beginning of the westbound commuters heading west on Long Island. Driving through Patchogue to Shirley is mostly both bounds depending on how many vehicles would be taking Sunrise Hwy or the Long Island Expressway. Once you reach to East Quogue, traffic starts building up and almost every exit starts slowing down mostly due to Sunlight during the Summer which everyone drove from 50 to 35 just to avoid accidents ahead of the view. Sometimes more commuters merged into Sunrise Highway from the side roads. Afterwards it gets jammed all the way to County Rd 39 passed the Shinnecock Canal. On the other alternative route that does the same thing to Sunrise Hwy is Route 25 from Shoreham to Riverhead and there’s Route 24 in Riverhead passed the Court House through Flanders. There’s also a few drivers that drove from Southold to Aquebogue on Route 24 or County Route 48 and make a left to Cross River Driver County Route 105 or Northville Tpke going south. Others wanna take an alternative way to the Hamptons like getting on the Shelter Island Ferry which is similar time like getting stuck in Traffic but its more like a calm seas moment so they don’t have to wait for a long period of time in a standstill drive.
Eastern Long Island is the perfect place for the Summer and Fall Events for travelers who wanted to go out for some fun outdoor activities on the trip for roads to the East End. During the Springtime, people would go there to see the flowers blooming, nature preserves or trips to the Museum that interests you or your friends and families. During the Summer Months, it’s that time of the year when everyone wants to go to Long Island for the best destination for the best beaches, art cultures, history, concerts, restaurants, farmers markets and so much more with everything that you need to know about Long Island.
On weekends, the North Fork only has minor delays parts of the day from 10:00AM to 7:00PM because it might be some of the tourists from the New England Coast that took the ferry from New London, Connecticut to Orient Point, Long Island. When Autumn arrives, it’s that time of that year when everyone wants to go to the North Fork because it’s most likely the only destination for full-time pumpkin picking, farmers market, hayrides, and apple picking from Mid-September to Mid November. It’s the only time of the year when the North Fork has the worst traffic congestion. The overcrowding is more likely to get worse on weekends because everyone is out from School and Work. Traffic from Sound Ave and Main Street only gets backed up during apple picking and pumpkin picking weekends which the miles of traffic would take you from the range of Wading River to Southold. Not much people go to the Hamptons in the Winter Months but you can go to winter theme places and Christmas Lights Shows,
If you love photography you can go watch the early sunrise in the Summer at the Montauk Lighthouse and watch the earliest sunset at the beginning of winter. The Sunrise and Sunset times are 10 minutes apart from Nassau County into New York City. The time zones are different from being in western parts of Long Island because it’s a different atmosphere.
The 2023 AFL Season’s Home Opener was played by the GWS Giants. At Giants Stadium in Sydney Olympic Park, New South Wales, the Great Western Sydney Giants opened the AFL Season by playing against the Adelaide Crows. For a Sunday afternoon game, it was extremely hot and muggy, and few spectators showed up to support the Giants. Adam Kingsley was in his first season as the GWS Giants’ head coach. Many of the people that attended the game ended up watching the game in the shade since it was too hot to see in most areas of the stadium without a shaded space because the sun was (38°C) (100°F) in Sydney during the Heatwave. There were over 8,000 fans, and it hasn’t been that empty since all of the restrictions of the Pandemic Season.
The Match started off with the 1st Quarter Matt Flynn took the mark and got himself the first goal of the season for the Giants around the first 2 minutes. Afterwards, the Adelaide Crows slowly got themselves the lead with the help from Taylor Walker who took the sharpest goal after a quick out of bounds paused. The Crows took themselves the lead while an unforgettable mark from Harry Himmelberg and it looks like an early mark of the year contender which was outstandingly incredible. Harry Himmelberg soars his new heights with this breathtaking screamer which everyone went wild over a big save on the mark. Brent Daniels took a good kick to goal but it doesn’t stop the Crows to resume the lead to move on to the 2nd Quarter.
Harry Himmelberg who is has the best mark so far this season
The Crows continued to surrender the Giants for a gap to resume the lead but Toby Greene refused to give up and took actions to save the Giants to but themselves back on the scoreboard with a couple of behinds. Darcy Fogarty had the ball over the 50 meter line and got the goal which the Giants couldn’t find a way to get close to them. The GWS Giants has generated nine of the last 11 inside 50 entries leading into the goal to Toby Greene for a quick turnaround by giving the fans some hope. Afterwards, Ben Keays got himself a goal and moments later, Josh Rachele did the long kick to Ben Keays and passed it to Izak Rankie by stoping the ball to kick it to the goal. The Giants were puffed out and took out their energy to stay in the game which the match ended at Halftime with the Adelaide Crows leading (4.8) 60 – (8.12) 32. Kingsley was not impressed with the way they play and the heat caused them to become more exhausted which the team huddled up to change their style of play.
They started the third quarter by releasing the Orange Tsunami Alarm to help the players wake up and become alert. The Giants seized command and used their competitive side to get back on the scoreboard shortly after the Orange Tsunami took control, beginning with a behind from Jesse Hogan. The Crows’ excellent defense forced them to drop the ball when defender Nick Haynes booted it to Toby Greene, and the players alternated between letting it go and even attempting to hold on. Thanks to Matthew Flynn and Adam Kennedy, Toby Greene was able to roll up the ball and kick it into the goal square, earning 6 points. Outside of the box, Finn Callaghan passed the ball. After Jesse Hogan received the ball from Finn Callaghan outside the center square, the Giants were able to reduce the deficit and take the lead. Then Callan Ward, a midfielder, made the ultimate sacrifice by kicking the ball over the 50-meter line and into the goal. Jesse Hogan then seized the goal to move toward the leading area. After that, Harry Himmelberg scored followed by his brother Elliot Himmelberg, a player for the Adeldale Crows, which thrilled the crowd despite the Giants’ four-goal deficit. The Himmelberg brothers have traded goals for each team, with Harrison scoring the most recent one after an interception in the offensive half. Before the Giants grabbed the lead, Shane McAdam tackled Jacob Wehr, in a risky way, forcing him out of the game. Jack Buckley then pushed McAdam for his conduct, costing the Giants one of their players. Since Tom Green ultimately gave the GWS Giants the lead while everyone else was tackling for the ball, the Giants did not give up their position by putting themselves in the lead for the winning opportunity. The Giants are in front, and the margins are no longer razor-thin. Despite this, Josh Rachele’s deft touch on the final goal allowed the Crows to regain the lead. After that, the Adeldale Crows player Elliot Himmelberg and his brother Harry Himmelberg both scored, thrilling the crowd despite the Giants’ four-goal deficit. Both teams have seen goals from the Himmelberg brothers, with Harrison netting the most recent one following an offensive-half interception. Toby Greene kept the team going The goal given the GWS Giants the lead
The Giants and their supporters were thrilled for a significant comeback, including the Orange Tsunami Alarm for the good luck charm, when the fourth quarter started with a 5 point margin between the Giants and the Crows. Everyone in the vicinity of the match has been feeling the intense heat, but Stephen Coniglio started the run and kicked it to Jesse Hogan by giving it to Toby Greene to regain the lead. As Adelaide fumbled the ball to the Giants as the Giants were regaining the lead, Stephen Coniglio slipped the tackle and launched the ball to score the clearance by leading away from the Crows. Josh Rachele scored another goal inside the 50 for Adelaide after the Giants suffered two setbacks. In the space of almost the final eight minutes of play, Taylor Walker complained to the referee in the square box about the Giants’ free kick while Adelaide was called for a penalty that should have been a Giants free kick. This cost the Crows a significant turnover. The Giants were able to win their first game at home on opening day despite the extreme heat thanks to a goal from Nick Haynes after a brief dispute with the referee. The Sportsman Engine has demonstrated the ability to never give up, which is precisely what the Giants should do. Everyone was fatigued and exhausted, so the Giants had several water breaks, but it didn’t stop Jesse Hogan from kicking a long range shot to provide the Giants 100 points and stepping up to put them in action of working as a team to lead the Crows by 17. The Crows were too late to catch for the easiness of the outcome, but Luke Pedlar had time to grab the goal down by 11 with just over 2 minutes to go. The Giants kept the ball on the ground, and Brent Daniels scored the last goal beyond the two-minute mark. The Giants won the opening match and home game of the 2023 season by playing all over the field. The discomfort and humidity took their toll on their performance, but it didn’t stop the Giants from pulling off an amazing victory.
Toby Greene kept his head up and make sure that the Giants were in control The Giants extended their lead to take the winAdam Kingsley
Even though everyone was exhausted from playing in the tropical sweltering heat, the GWS Giants never give up, and that’s precisely what they did to survive in Adam Kingsley’s first coaching season with the Giants. The supporters never gave up on the game and were proud to support their team and the overall love of the game. In order to prove that they actually stood up and achieved victory, particularly in the sweltering heat, the players pursue themselves in the struggle to win it like in the Hunger Games.
Adam Kingsley was impressed with their performance, and it undoubtedly succeeded in rousing the crowd by using the Orange Tsunami as a wake-up call. The squad sang in the locker room following their victory and continues to do so whenever they win a game. Toby Greene, who fought to keep going even as the squad struggled to find a way to win, is fully liable for the team’s success. Despite the fact that the Giants performed admirably in the preseason, his insight and bravery helped the club recognize that they should never surrender despite the fact that the searing heatwave grew stronger. The GWS Giants could continue to play well enough to win during the season.

The reason why the temperatures don’t last that long because of the cold front in the region and shorter daylight which makes it harder to warm up more than 55 F or 12 C. That means the only way that it will work is that the temperature have to stay around 10 degrees different at night go back to the same temps which the weather warmer if the winds doesn’t affect the forecast. However the temps don’t match when the real feel is more cooler than the exact temps during the winter months comparing to spring.
The only way it will work is that the temperatures has to match for over 24 hours or 10 degrees different or more than 2 days around the same spot with warmer temps which the weather would be warm for sweater weather or perhaps a perfect day to go outside like the park or town center. Others may assume that the body’s main sensors for detecting climate shifts lie on the surface of our skin depending on sun light and heat during the day. Once it turns dusk outside during the winter, it can either quickly become cold or breezy for sweater weather depends on how much the temperature drops or keep the similar temps. Sometimes in certain parts of the world can only use specific temperatures and weather related issues during the winter months because of the anticyclonic spin being close to the United Kingdom line which that could the reason why the jet stream goes around the United Kingdom and Ireland to cause of getting all of the gloomy days included Northern France, Northern Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Both Norway and Sweden do attempt to have lots of snow because of the polar air which brings in the cold air
The Earth of the globe and the deal with global warming has been a problem with why the temps often change the climate when one day is cold and the other day is warm. Other parts of the world shows that it can be colder for one week and the next week it gets warmer on a specific region depending on where you live in. The moist is a big role for the summer months while the dry wind takes responsible for shorten the warm weather especially the lack of daylight in the winter months. Sometimes the Polar vortex can increase the air pressure which the jet stream weakens the surface while it allows cold to drip depending on the destination. Some months the tropics forces the jet streams to go straight north which the majority of warm weather its the north even the arctic section which is a big issue with climate change and wildfires in the woodlands during the summer months.
The reason why I chose this book is that it helps me understand the facts of why I love the sound of nature and enjoy going into the ocean and discovering interesting things in the seashore. Another reason why going to the ocean is really a beautiful place to visit is that it would help you stay calm and stay focused while easing the pressure on your normal life to get some good meditation. It’s very helpful to ease what’s going on in the world and very helpful to feel the sand and the water as a sensory feel. The Ocean is also a great place to release your emotions and use it as a free therapy because it would help you keep your typical and mental health steady if you feel like you want to go somewhere calming. It’s also very helpful for nature so you can use it for a sensory feel if you love it while touching the surface of the ocean. Feeling the sand and the seashells is very good for a sensory feel which makes you feel good.
The reason why I think surfing is very good for you is because it’s good for your mental and physical health while living the moment. It’s also very good while tracking the waves while waiting for the right moment to get on the surfboard while hanging on. Once in a while I would watch the experience of nature and see ocean animals and see boats passing by or the clouds passing by while looking at the rest of the view of the ocean. Seeing the ocean is really helpful. It’s a relaxing experience while getting on the water which gives a sensory feel while getting in and the ocean is a wonderful place to use it as a happy place or a palace if you want to get peace. There’s so many beautiful things while enjoying the natural beauty of the ocean.
The blood moon represents the purpose of showing the universe to be what does the beautiful view looks like. The blood moon also represents the reddish tingle which the full moon takes on when it’s fully eclipsed. The beautiful of it that the moon changed colors from white into being covered by turning red which is the beauty of the night sky. A “blood moon” happens when the Earth’s moon is in a total lunar eclipse, while it has no special astronomical significance. The view of the night sky is striking as the usually whitish moon becomes red or ruddy brown which gives purpose of the changes afterwards. The planets goes through around the galaxies to tell when the next time when they’ll be another blood moon.
A total lunar eclipse happens when the Moon travels through the Earth’s umbra and blocks all direct sunlight from illuminating the Moon’s surface. For some reason, some sunlight can still reaches the lunar surface indirectly, through the Earth’s atmosphere, bathing the Moon in a reddish, yellow, or orange which shows the audience of interesting facts about the evolution of the moon and sun being on each other’s planet. The Blood Moon has a fact that cycle lasts for quite some time depending on how long the moon turns red or depending on the weather if it has to be a full moon.
Lunar eclipses can only happen during a full moon, when the sun fully illuminates the surface. Usually, a full moon has no eclipse because the moon orbits in a slightly different plane than the Earth and the sun. However, at times the planes coincide. Earth passes in between the moon and the sun and cuts off the sunlight, causing an eclipse.

The first thing that Dr. Christine and I did was that we stopped by at the Cafe called Golden Russet Cafe & Grocery. It was a Cafe and Grocery Store which is very interesting and it only happens in less populated areas especially in the woodlands or the rural suburbs.
I ordered myself a bacon and egg and cheese sandwich with tomato which was really delicious.
There was a play room and a reading station for the kids while the grownups got to have coffee time with friends and family. I thought that was a great idea !
I was able to meet Jenny( the owner) so Christine and I interviewed her about the place and how she and her husband ran it so successfully. We also got to discover the beautiful historic houses, a local farm, and a local brewery around Rhinebeck. We also visited the Omega institute which is the most famous health and holistic retreat center in the United States.
Afterwards, we stopped by at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, a hamlet in Dutchess County, New York. We saw a very old tree which was over 350 years old, It is called the survivor tree as Christine always teaches us the tree pose and how to stand tall with resilience. ,
I also thought it would be a very nice spot for holiday tourism or a weekend for a day trip in the area.
When we drove to Poughkeepsie, there was a section of Marist College which is near the downtown area of Poughkeepsie.
We also had great exercise and spa time at Mike Arteaga’s Health and Fitness
We got to go swimming in a great salt water pool, and there was a hot tub included and a cold plunge and sauna that we rotated over and over for detox
There’s also a cardio room in a movie theatre room where you can go on the treadmill while watching a movie. That was so cool , and we made a pact to go tomorrow again at 7 am.
Then we got onto our obligation to wash our service animal doggies ( Mabel n Moon and company , of which their books are coming at soon!)
Foam and wash is also a car wash which opens 24 hours a day. Two for one ! As conscious and accountable news makers, Christine has taught us how to really effectively multi task.
Afterwards, we drove through the Mid Hudson Bridge which was beautiful with the rainbow lighting on the bridge which was meant to be as it represents us at Autisticana.
Finally we drove all the way to Kingston to stop by at a progressive urban book store called “The Rough Draft Bar” and Books, which it’s a cafe where writers can work on their blogs or their upcoming books. The place was very interesting and we ended the night with a healthy and delicious dinner.
I had a nice adventure and a great trip around the Mid Hudson Valley.
The Place is beautiful where everyone can enjoy the day with so many outstanding things to do. There’s Pumpkin picking, Sunflower Station, plenty of farm animals, it’s pet friendly, it has popular photo spots, wooden play land for the kids and so much acre’s to walk around the farm. The place was also a popular hotspot for holiday goers for a weekend trip.
The day when I went there, it was busy and all of the kids took the day off of school because of the holiday, the first thing I did was that stopped by at the petting zoo farm. Next I discovered the classic cars so I wanted to take interesting photos of myself doing poses. Then I checked out the farm animals and one of the garden was beautiful. I went for a walk and played the ring on the string game which it’s fun like doing a pub game. It was challenging by I got after couple of tries. I checked out the wooden playground to walk around. Then I went on the Jumping Pad which it was a lot of fun. It was good to use up the energy while having fun. Afterwards, I went on a steamroller which it was a challenge. I checked out the photo spots and went to the sunflower fields and it was beautiful with all of the sun flowers in different conditions. I saw a scary werewolf so I call it the werewolf vampire and it a photo pose of the werewolf. Finally I went to the pumpkin patch station and there was plenty of pumpkins. Before I left there was garden and a brewery on the other side of the farm.
