Lara Casas took the Shot on Goal as Jocelyn Bartman the Australian Goalkeeper was able to save it until she scored the opening goal for Argentina as they lead the Hockeyroos 1-0. Shortly afterwards, Victoria Sauze Valdez took the Penalty Corner Shot on Goal and it was able to gain the lead 2-0 which Argentina made an incredible early 2 goals with less than a minute. After that, Grace Stewart of Australia took the Shot on the Goal which Cristina Cosentino the Argentinian Goalkeeper was able to save it. When the 2nd Quarter began, Agustina Gorzelanx of Argentina took the Penalty Corner and it was saved by the defense. Then the Hockeyroos took the Penalty Corner Shots from Claire Colwill and Penny Squibb and which they each took the shot and it was saved by Cristina Cosentino the Argentinian Goalkeeper as she was able to save it. Then Maria Campox of Argentina took the Shot which it was saved and give them the Penalty Corner as Valentina Raposo Ruiz de los Llanos took the shot and it was saved by the Aussie defense. Before it was halftime, Stephanie Kershaw took the Shot on Target which it was saved by the Argentinian defense.
When the and Half began in the 3rd Quarter, Grace Stewart of Australia took the Shot and it was saved, so Alice Arnott took the shot as the Goalkeeper was able to save it. After the penalty stroke was saved for Australia but then there was no penalty stroke the review of the referral video. Then Kaitlin Nobbs of Australia took the Shot on Goal as they put the Hockeyroos on the board while still down 2-1. Then Mariah Williams of Australia took the Penalty Stroke as the Goalkeeper was able to save it. During the 4th Quarter, Argentina took the Penalty Corner and Maria Granatto scored the Goal as they lead the Hockeyroos 3-2. Then Claire Colwill took the Shot as Cristina Cosentino the Goalkeeper was able to save it. Australia put every effort to take the shot on goal but couldn’t condude their moment. They had one more opportunity to tie the game as they took the Penalty Corner, Argentina asked the referee to reviewed the play and the Video Team Referral announced that it was refused. Australia had the last chance to play in the Penalty Corner Spot and Mariah Williams the tying Goal with 1 second left on the Clock as the Aussie Hockeyroos were excited which it felt like a victory. The match ended in a 3-3 draw which Australia and Argentina both made to the Quarterfinals Round.
