When I usually check dj events on socials, I most of the time checked the songs that interests me. Sometimes it’s like a never ending moment with the most cherished songs that a lot of people would never get tired of when the melody has a good rhythm to the beats. When I hear most of my favourite EDM or Drum n Bass Artists, I would get pumped to see which concert, nightclub or music festival depending on popularity size of where and when they perform the shows. Generally I get excited because it’s the same type of music pitch the raise like I used to hear it on the radio which most Dance Artists in general wanna raise the pitch to make the song sound more appealing to the fans of the audience.
It could be music videos from the special type of video that wasn’t the main official video, or it could be your workout show or it could be your drive to playlist or it could be just for your favourite tunes. Maybe it could your favourite artist that you want to see but you don’t feel comfortable going to large crowds where it’s too cramped or if it’s too late to step up for a late night party that starts by midnight or maybe you don’t wanna to travel too far and fear of going to the city at night.
Most people seemed comfortable going to warehouses at nightclubs but for myself I don’t feel comfortable going to warehouses at night or don’t want to see an artist that late at night because sometimes I wish I want to see them badly which makes me feel sad. I would love to see a EDM or Drum n Bass concert some point in life which hopefully I can see them for a once in a lifetime opportunity to see them for real life.

This past week, the crew at Autisticana visited Spencer’s at the Smithtown Mall. The store is very interesting because it has shirts and clothing based on popular movies, anime, and musicians. It also has paraphernalia relating to weed, occultism, and magic, sex toys, and candy. They even sell manga and cookbooks. We all took pictures relating to our interests there.
In 1947, Spencer’s started off in Easton, PA, as a mail-order catalog with tons of novelty merch by Max Adler and his brother Harry, the namesake being the former’s middle name Spencer. In 1963, three years after Harry left, Spencer evolved into a brick-and-mortar retail store with its first location in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, at the city’s mall. Since then, Spencer has grown to 650 locations in the US, and Canada within malls, especially on Long Island, such as Hicksville Broadway.
In 2001, Spencer’s Gifts launched its e-commerce website, allowing customers to shop for its products online. The website has become important to the company’s sales and marketing strategy.

It is great to see your passion for cooking and love for trying different recipes from different countries. Baked apples, or pecheni yabalki, are a classic dessert that have been enjoyed for centuries, with the first recorded recipe for baked apples believed to date back to the 1685 edition of the London cookbook “The Accomplisht Cook”. Over time, the recipe has evolved and been adapted in different countries and regions, including Bulgaria, where the addition of walnuts makes the recipe a little more unique. With various ingredients such as brown sugar, cinnamon, honey, and raisins, the recipe can vary, but the one common ingredient is the walnuts. It is wonderful that you got to try the traditional Bulgarian version of baked apples and enjoyed serving it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
6 medium apples
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
Wash and dry the apples. Cut off the tops and use a spoon or apple core to remove the core and seeds.
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts.
Fill the cavities of each apple with the sugar-walnut mixture.
Place the apples in a baking dish and dot them with small pieces of butter.
Pour the water into the bottom of the baking dish and add the vanilla extract.
Bake the apples for 45-60 minutes, or until they are soft and the filling is bubbly.
Serve the baked apples warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of the sauce from the bottom of the baking dish. Enjoy!

We decided to create a few different recipes for pizza appetizers, as newsmaker investigators, the first thing we investigated was where pizza was created.
Pizza originated from ancient civilizations such as the Romans, Greeks, and Egyptians who ate their bread in the form of flatbreads with toppings. In the 18th century, pizza was born in Naples, Italy as a cheap and simple dish for the poor. It was not until the late 19th century that pizza gained more respect and popularity, particularly when Italian Raffaele Esposito made a pizza for Queen Margherita in 1889, which was named after her and had the colors of the Italian flag as toppings. Pizza began to spread to other parts of the world, particularly in the United States, through Italian immigrants and the opening of pizzerias and pizza chains. Today, pizza is a beloved and popular fast food enjoyed by people all over the world.
We decided to do a taste among the appetizers we created. We created gluten-free dairy-free, and traditional options to create a pizza for all abilities. Then we did a taste test, and I must say that they all came in 1st place. It was interesting to experience different kinds of crust from naan bread “the Indian form of pizza.” From gluten to dairy-free to oil and fat full.
My favorite is the apple bacon pizza.
1 ball of pizza dough ½ cup (125 mL) white Sauce (recipe follows) 1 cup (250 mL) shredded mozzarella cheese 2 tablespoons (30 mL) caramelized onions (recipe below) 1 teaspoon (5 mL) chopped fresh thyme 3 strips (3 ounces/85 g) bacon, cooked and cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) chunks (about ¼ cup/60 mL) ½ apple, cored and thinly sliced (we use Golden Delicious) ¼ cup (60 mL) grated smoked cheddar cheese, for garnish 5 fresh sage leaves, for garnish
Here are the instructions that will give you a recipe to make a pizza by using a pizza tray or stone. The recipe starts by preheating the oven to 550°F (290°C) and letting the pizza stone heat for an additional 30 minutes. If you don’t have a pizza stone, you can use a rimless baking sheet instead. Once the oven is preheated, the dough is stretched and placed on a floured pizza peel or rimless baking sheet, then topped with white sauce, mozzarella, caramelized onions, thyme, bacon, and apple slices. The pizza is then transferred to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and baked for 9 minutes (or 11 minutes if using a baking sheet), keeping a close eye on it. Once it’s done, it’s removed from the oven, garnished with smoked cheddar and sage leaves, sliced, and served immediately. To make it gluten and dairy free, you can substitute the cheese for vegan options or remove it from the recipe. There are so many gluten-free options for pizza dough. At Autisticana, we enjoyed chickpea, lentil, or cauliflower dough substitutes. Why don’t you enjoy and experience all the options there are out there for dietary restrictions.
There’s so much things to do during the fall and winter months. People can go skiing snow tubing and community events, hiking. The town also often host local beer festivals and cultural activities in the area. The weather is cooler during most of the summer and it has the best scenery of the amazing different colors of leaves during the autumn. Lack of carbinonaxie which is good for the people to breathe in with the fresh air. It is also one of the most iconic places in Upstate New York with so much sceneries.
Housings and ski resorts for the holiday tourism. People should consider moving to Upstate New York because there’s less population than Southern New York which they need to move up in the north. They also have a solar farm. They have colorful housings and stores in their local downtown area on Route 23A Main Street in Tannersville. There’s also art museums, historic places, antique shops and other local attractions. Upstate New York also has a lot of real life Cafes and Thrift Stores for local business.
During the Winter Months, most of the time it always snow and has plenty for people to do skiing, snow tubing and so much adventurous activities during the day. People can sit by the fire and have marshmallows with hot chocolate to keep you warm. There’s also great shopping and dining options especially when people wanna enjoy their getaway trip to the resorts or Winter Lodging for fun activities. Others can do non winter activities like snowshoe trails through the woods, or shopping downtown and enjoying a craft beer tasting. There is plenty of activities like historic sites and other events which is the reason why the Catskills are the ideal destination!
The reason people should move to the Hudson Valley/Catskills because they can have the luxury life or find something that fits your budget but wanted to find somewhere with nature. Most of the houses would have more freedom of the walk around the property and often see wild animals once in a while or see the shooting stars on a clear night.
The place is a the sense of wonders during the summer months like going out to so many fun places to go out for a trip to remember. Theres plenty of lakes and waterfalls for tourists to spend parts of the day like swimming in swim holes, paddle boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, fishing, and exploring animals in the nature preserve. The Catskills has local eatery and brewery for adults who love to socialize and have a good time. Hit the highlights or go through the horizon and see where the road takes you to find a great spot like, biplane adventures, the waterpark, mountain activities, or eatery cafes and restraints for the whole family. They can also stop by at local music festivals if they wanna have a good time especially theres the shops of Woodstock were they can check out and relive the memory of the Hippie Era. Also there’s a couple of petting zoo for kids and people who adores with animals and loves learning about history at some of the local museums and art museums.
The scenery is beautiful during the autumn because of the Fall Foliage and theres much adventurous activities. The weather is also breezy and crisp during the autumn months. There’s also lots of fall festivals, horse back riding trails, hiking trails, farmers markets and trips to the farm.
After all these years, I enjoy listening to EDM Songs but when I felt like researching the artists from autobiography, about most of them from UK which the Netherlands were my runners up of DJ’s outside of the US. During the time of a Global Pandemic, I decided to focus on young talents of British Dance DJ’s who started as local DJ’s in their hometown area. I watched them play club music on social media. I never focus on going to Nightclubs in general which I wish I would like to go. I really love to hear nightclubs on social media and videos so I can enjoy the experience and tryout different musics for each club. I became interested of these small artists because of a specific channel of music on Spotify and search, Drum and Bass, UK Garage, and other categories of EDM Songs for current generation.
If I would here any of my music or my favorite songs from the artists if they decide to play it in high pitch at clubs, I would rewatch it over and over and over until I get tired of it. Not just nightlife in the UK, it could happen to nightclubs and concerts in Australia, the Netherlands, USA, Germany and Ireland, Tomorrowland in Belgium and other countries around the Globe. The DJs that I’ve listened to is Tsuki, Aleya Mae, Koven, Aktive, BLVCK CROWZ, Subtronics, Blanke, Excision, Freaks & Geeks, Biscits, Maduk, Modestep, JEANIE, Lee Mvtthews, K Motionz, Wilkinson, Ekko & Sidetrack, Friction and Protostar
The Superbowl was hosted in Los Angeles for the 56th in NFL History. It was the Cincinnati Bengals vs Los Angeles Rams. I wanted the Buffalo Bills and the Green Bay Packers to go to the Superbowl which it never happened. It was also the first time that the team gets to host the event with their own stadium since last year from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers which they won 31-9 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Not only that but the Los Angeles Rams gets to host the Conference Championship Game and the Super Bowl
The match started with the Rams playing first which there was also the California Football League for Boys and Girls to create young kids playing football. The woman who hosted the coin toss was Billie Jean King which she advocates for young girls to play sports in USA history. The Rams got to play the game first. The Rams got to take the first touchdown which was credited from Stafford to Odell Beckham Jr. and Matthew Gay took the field goal . It was great, so the Rams took the lead 7-0.
Then the Bengals took the Field Goal before the 2nd Quarter which the Rams took the lead 7-3. During the 2nd Quarter, the two teams were going neck to neck but the Rams got another Touchdown to Kupp. However, the field goal was blocked , so the Bengals got a good chance for another comeback. On the other hand the Bengals got another Touchdown which the bengals scored 13-10.
When the Rays tried to scored the the touchdown at the 2 minute warning, the Bengals got the ball for intercepted the ball. The score was still 10-13 which put the 2 teams in halftime.
During the Halftime Show it was all of the Hip Hop Stars in Music History. It was Snoop Dog, Dr. Dre, 50 Cent, Mary J Blind, Kendrick Lamar, Anderson Paak and Eminem which it was a sick show “out of nowhere “ like the real life of Los Angeles. It was Old School Legends in the world of Hip Hop.
The show was skyrocketing with the insane backgrounds. The whole crew came for their final part of the show after everyone got their own show.

There was also a lot of funny commercials and upcoming surprises for movies, shows and other heartwarming moments.
During the 2nd of the game , the bengals already got the touchdown and the Bengals took the lead 17-13. The Bengals took the field goal and took the Field Goal and took the lead 20-13. Halfway before the 4th Quarter, the Rams took another field goal and it was much better, still losing 20-16. During the 4th Quarter, it was still neck to neck with changing turns but the game was getting closer which it turns out that the Los Angeles Rams got the ball after 5 minutes on the clock left. other score at 5 minutes on the clock the team thought it could a touchdown but 2 fouls which disallowed the touchdown after a few tries, the Rams got a great pass to get the Tocuhdown and bring back the lead 23-20. The Bengals got the ball for one last time but couldn’t passed the last try after the 4th Down with 90 seconds on the clock but a great defense from Aaron Donald for the Rams.
That’s how the game ended up with Los Angeles Rams taking the win and it was a great moment in Football History.
The winner of the Super Bowl is the Los Angeles Rams by sacrificing the team to step up even though they struggled parts of the game. However, they didn’t give up and showed some confident. This was the 1st time that the Los Angeles Rams won the Super Bowl in History since 2000 when they used to be the St. Louis Rams. The MVP Player of the year was Cooper Kupp.
This years Super Bowl was a rollercoaster ride for this one. There were times that the team did great but struggled at times but never give up on hope. There was also a lot of excitement after the game and social media moments was while after the celebration came to a close. To close out the game, the Los Angeles Rams was the best team in the NFL this season and never give up after slowly falling apart. The team effort was tremendous and above and beyond.
I can not tell you the joy this group and this blog brings to me. As a kid growing up, I always had special or intense interests to keep me occupied and helped me release my fears and anxieties, so I could focus on being my best self. I now use all the tools – I have learned along the way – to inspire all these kids. I am so proud of the work that my News Makers group has accomplished. From art pieces to poetry, creative writing to movie and TV reviews, the creative work and inspiration continue. The talent behind these teens and young adults never ceases to impress me.
