Then Bente Rogge of the Netherlands took the Action Shot and it was saved by Caterina Banchelli the Italian Goalkeeper. After that, Dafne Bettini of Italy took the Counter Attack Goal and scored the opening goal 1-0. Kittylynn Joustra of the Netherlands took the Extra Player Shot and scored the Goal for the Dutch as it ties at 1-1. Then Claudia Roberta Marletta took the Extra Player Shot which it was blocked, as she rebound the ball, she gives it to Dafne Bettini and took the Action Shot as the ball was hit by the Post. Then Claudia Roberta Marletta of Ital took the Counter Attack Goal and scored and give Italy the lead 2-1. Not for long when Bente Rogge of the Netherlands took the Action Shot and scored the Goal 2-2. After that, Agnese Cocchiere of Italy took the Extra Player Shot which it was a great saved by The Netherlands.
Meanwhile, Valeria Palmier of Italy took the Centre Shot and scored the lead 3-2. Dafne Bettini of Italy took the Action Shot which it was however saved by Laura Aarts the Dutch Goalkeeper. Then Like Rogge of the Netherlands took the 6 metre direct shot in the free throw situation as she scored the goal to tied it 3 apiece, Vivian Sevenich had the ball after couple of passes when she scored the Extra Player Shot leading 4-3. Then Dafne Bettini of Italy took the supercharge Goal and tied it back at 4-4. Nina Ten Broek took the Action Shot for the Netherlands and missed the shot on Goal. Giulia Viacava of Italy took the Action Shot which it was missed out of bounds. Vivian Sevenich had the ball as she takes the Action Shot which it was somehow saved by Italy. Maartie Keuning of the Netherlands Rebound the and them took the Centre Shot as she scored the lead back 5-4. While the Celebration was on, Carlo Silipo of Italy was caught for complaining about the call which he got a Yellow Card. Like Rogge of the Netherlands took the Action Shot and hit the Post while trying to get in the net. Then Iris Wolves of The Netherlands took the Rebound and passed the ball to Like Rogge which it Hit the Post again while taking the Action Shot. Domitilla Picozzi of Italy took the Extra Player Shot while passing it to her teammates and it ended up hitting the Post has the buzzer landed to Halftime.
During the 3rd Quarter, Brigitte Sleeking of the Netherlands took the Centre Shot and scored the Goal with a slow motion of throwing the ball into the net as they lead 6-4. Then Giuditta Galardi of Italy took the steal, while Vivian Sevenich of the Netherlands was called for Simultaneous Exclusion along with Roberta Bianconi of Italy who was also called for Simultaneous Exclusion. After that, Simone van de Kratts took the Extra Player Shot and it was Blocked by the Italian Defense. Giuditta Galardi of Italy took the Centre Shot and it was easy direct target while still down by 1 with 6-5. Then Team Italy was called for a Yellow Card for a suspicious reason. Then Claudia Roberta Marletta took the Action Shot for Italy and it hit the Post. With less than a minute left of the 3rd Quarter, Brigitte Sleeking of the Netherlands was called for Centre forward position exclusion. While Claudia Roberta Marletta was going to score the goal before the she was about the take the buzzer beater goal to tie it but it was blocked by the Dutch Defense as soon as the buzzer alarm to finish the 3rd Quarter before the last 8 minutes of the match.
The last Quarter was off to a slow start from both sides until Danfe Bettini of Italy took the Extra Player Shot which it was however saved. Then Vivian Sevenich took the Centre Shot as she use her underarm to score the Goal 7-5 as the Dutch Fans became thrilled about the action, Claudia Roberta Marletta of Italy took the Action Shot which it was unfortunate that it hit the post. Then Nina Ten Broek passed the ball to Li Rogge who took the Extra Player Shot and scored the Goal for the Netherlands 8-5 as they had a terrific play. Then Iris Wolves was caught for a Penalty Foul and Eva Doudesis the Dutch Head Coach was caught for yellow card after complaining to the Referee for the bad call. Then Claudia Roberta Marletta took the Penalty Shot and scored the Goal for Italy 8-6. After that the Netherlands played catch while passing the ball to their teammates, Brigitte Sleeking took the Extra Player Shot and scored a powerful Goal as the Dutch lead 9-6. Then Iris Wolves was caught for Centre forward position exclusion and got the red card which she was substituted out for the rest of the match. After Italy was called for Turnover Foul, Sabrina van der Sloot took the Steal for the Netherlands and raced the ball back to her teammates. Lola Moolhuiizen took the Action Shot for the Netherlands and it was missed. Then, Claudia Roberta Marletta took the Action Shot Goal with a Hattrick for the Italian as the game got closer while Italy is down by 2 with 9-7. The Netherlands had other plans to gain the lead while Maartje Keuning and Lieke Rogge each passed the ball until Simone van de Kraats got the Extra Player Shot Goal as the Dutch Team were on unstoppable with the lead 10-7. Nina Ten Broek passed the ball to Simone van de Kratts who took a superb Goal with a Dutch lead by 11-7. Valerina Palmieri took the Action Goal which it stands 11-8. The Kittvlynn Joustra took the Action Shot and missed the shot. Then Bente Rogge of the Netherlands was called for Centre forward position exclusion and the Red Card which she was done for the rest of the match. Lastly, Dafne Bettini of Italy took the Extra Player Shot and it was Saved by the Netherlands as Sabrina van der Slot rebound the ball before the buzzer.
The Netherlands has won the Quarterfinals Match as they will play against Spain on Thursday which the Dutch Team could try to get Gold for the first time since 2008.
