It was a Tuesday Night and it was the Marlins vs Mets. The game was exciting to see my favourite 2 teams play in action. When the Mets are in action, I support them, but when the Miami Marlins come to Citi Field, I always support the Marlins because I love the Miami baseball team. I’ve been supporting both teams since 2011 and the only time I watch the Marlins is when they play against the Mets or a major broadcasting event on one of the major networks.
Taylor MeGill who is the starting pitcher for the Mets and Jesús Luzardo who is the starter pitcher for the Marlins. The game started off with the top of the 2nd when Tim Anderson singles it to a shallow left field while Jesús Sánchez scored the early lead for the Marlins. I was pumped and excited to see the Marlins play in action. I could possibly hear my voice cheering for the Marlins on the sports broadcast channels like SNY for New York or Bally Sports Florida for Miami. Afterwards, the Mets took a 2-1 lead from Mark Vientos doubled the deep left field, then Starling Marte scores and J.D Martinez scored for the Mets. I was pumped for the Marlins to resume the lead soon.

When the sunset was about to set, I took the beautiful picture of The sunset with the view of Queens. It was like heaven for the view of New York City. When I watched the Marlins play in action. Bryan De La Cruz doubles to the deep center field while Jazz Chisholm ran to 3rd base and Tim Anderson scored to tied the game for the Marlins which the Mets failed to catch the ball for a fly out. I was excited for the thrill to see the Marlins get close to the lead. When Jake Burger took the sacrifice play and I cheered for him while the Mets a terrible pass to get him out which the Marlins are leading 3-2. I went wild to those Mets fans which they weren’t too happy about the Marlins getting the win. When the 5th inning was over, i was getting food and drinks to watch the game back on the top floor of the stadium. I was living in the moment and the Marlins had a great turnaround.

In the meantime, the Mets decided to turn Citi Field into a glow in the dark event in the between of the Mets and Marlins while the broadcasting channel were on commercial break. The lights was outstandingly incredible. It was like a Tuesday Night glow in the dark event.

In the top of the 9th Inning, Otto Lopez took the single, then taken the stolen base which Lindor missed the catch and Lopez ran to 3rd base. I was excited which I could see the moment of the marlins taking the winning run. I screamed out for “LETS GO MARLINS” and It was all thanks for the help from Nick Gordon who got the fly out to Brandon Nimmo and Otto Lopez ran home and scored the game to give the Marlins a 4-2 lead. I was all for joy and excitement which the Marlins did well the game for the night.

When the Mets had one more chance to tied the game to give the Marlins to extra innings, it was all thank to Tanner Scott the closing pitcher to help the Marlins give the Mets a strikeout from Starling Marte, Mark Vientos and give Tyrone Taylor grounds out, 2nd baseman Otto Lopez to first baseman Jake Burger and The marlins won 4-2. It was awesome and I roared the celebration of the Miami’s victory from the Mets. I would love to go back to see the Marlins play at Citi Field when Miami plays at Citi Field.
This is the highlight of the Miami Marlins vs New York Mets
